This store is awful because of its manager named Raymond. Terrible custom service. I rented some equipment with cash and Raymond informed me that when I wanted my money back they could just put it back on my debit card. Well its been a week and I still have not gotten my money back. I have drove to 5 different autozones several times, and none of them have been able to reimburse me my $300. Raymond has given me terrible customer service multiple times. He always tells the customers no and his attitude is to get you out of his hair and shop as quickly as possible. He has not trained the staff and then yells at them for messing up in front of the customers. While the rest of the staff is trying to help he is doing nothing and when he does finally decide to help, he lies to you and offers terrible customer service. I will not be returning to this autozone. What an inconvenience and frustrating experience this has been.

This a great store, if it wasnt for some guy named Raymond. I was in the store and Raymond public trash talk a customer while he was returning a bucket. But I chalked it up to a previous relationship they had. I brought a headlight the next day and he did the same thing for me. It was extremely rude. Since hes a manger he feels like he run the store with a iron fist. Ill prob just use the Advance down the street.

This is worst autoparts store EVER not just autozone any. Not to be racist but its owned and operated by gas station type indians Ive never once seen anything like it they know absolutely nothing about even simple things like headlights if they had no computer they would be shut down I recommend autozone off 29 or oriellys in Loganville across from ingles

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and the prices are great, though the service is better. Sometimes theres a line, but I can understand with how great the people at this store are.
