Complaint #1 I signed up and then I come in the next day and they had free pizza Monday. Are you serious? People are there to try and live a more healthy lifestyle and you want to have free pizza Mondays with Little Caesars Pizza? Ugh... Heres a suggestion... How about some fruit, protein bars, or 1/2 off protein shakes? Something that would be a more healthy alternative. Not Pizza!! Complaint#2 When I signed up and did all the paperwork it took about 45 minutes because I was at the desk instead of being in the office. The lady I was working with kept checking in customers instead of telling me about the facilities and about the contract. Today I look at my checking account and find out that if youre on the $10 a month plan there is a $39 fee for the year THAT WASNT MENTIONED TO ME when doing the paperwork. They sneak this fee in after being there 2 months. Even though its a one time fee, it should have been told to me when signing up. (yes it was disclosed in the small print but see above about the signing of the small print) So all in all my personal feeling is this place is shady and it not the place for me. Its a gym so please try to promote a healthy lifestyle! Even though the $39 is in small print it would be a good idea to pull your new customers into an office and explain everything and then give them a tour. I think youre missing the boat on excellent customer service.

It is very big, spacious, airways clean with friendly staff. This location does have pretty much everything. Huge locker rooms, massage beds, and free training!!

Great gym. The best part is its 24 hrs 7 days a week. Its always clean and Ive yet to meet any gym jerks here
