OK, so I go whacked really good at this place yesterday. Call to talk to the manager today and she wasnt in. the lady on the phone asked if she could take a message, I said will she be in at all today, she said no. I asked what the managers name was and she said again can I take a message. I said no I would call back. she says to me" Dont waste your time honey" and hung up. Wow is that good customer service or what. Now I have a whacked up head of hair & no resolution. "(
