I came in today for a simple eyebrow wax and stood at the counter for several minutes with no "stylist" in sight. Peeked my head around the corner and there was a lady sitting in a chair eating lunch, who called back and let the lady working know she had a customer. She came out and asked if she could help me and was very sour looking and short with me. She said it would "be a minute" because she was getting ready to do a color and she was the only one working. I said no problem, how long do you think, thinking she would get the color on the customer (presumably the noshing lady) and wax my brows while the color was sitting. 45 minutes to an hour she said. REALLY?!? Its obvious she had no desire to provide the service I requested. I will never go back.

Before I write anything, I do agree that you get what you pay for especially at a salon. But I was just getting a bob cut and figured Id be safe. I was so wrong. First the girl who took me to her chair didnt know how to cut a long bob. So I basically have two "stylist" teaching the girl how to cut hair. I would have gone to creative images for all that and would have came out with better hair. They butchered my hair , I paid and left. Now i have this crappy cut that I just have to deal with until it grows back out. It has choppy layers and wasnt even blended. I knew the girl was nervous so I didnt want to make a scene. So just rethink your choice if you decide to get a cut here.

Avoid!! This place wrecked my hair. The stylist couldnt properly do a fade--I was left with sharp, ugly transitions instead of a smooth fade. Other parts of the cut also werent done right. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I will not be going back here.
