"Better Than You Found It!" Rather than just getting our home back to the condition they found it, Tripp and the team at Southeast Restoration truly went ABOVE & BEYOND to get our home back in better shape than they found it! After dealing with water damage, mitigation, weeks with only one functioning bathroom for seven people and repair bids from multiple companies, we were frazzled and tired of the entire process. SE Restoration came in and was a breath of fresh air. A great bid, a quick turn around on start time, and once we finalized the work order, our project manager, Tripp, jumped in and got us going sooner than expected, finished the job more than a couple days ahead of schedule, and even under budget...with UPGRADES! He was with us through the entire process from start to finish, and made sure we had everything we needed and knew exactly what was happening and when. WOW! This company has exemplified service, professionalism and going the "extra mile." Thank you Tripp. Thank you Southeast Restoration.

We were pleased overall with our master bathroom remodel after experiencing a leaking shower and water damage. Southeast Restoration helped us restore our bathroom with a properly-installed shower and new-and-improved tile floor. This was our first experience with remodeling as homeowners, and our Project Manager, Jack, was always informative about the timeline for completion of each stage of the project. When you are both working full-time and have a busy schedule as a family, it makes a big difference to have a project manager facilitate the various contractors who complete their part of the work. Jack scheduled and facilitated a lot behind the scenes so we didnt have to worry about the details of scheduling the tile, glass, and drywall/painting companies on our own. He was also honest and knowledgeable about what to expect during each part of the job. We were in trustworthy hands while working with Southeast Restoration.

Back in the spring storms, a tree fell on my home and crashed through through the bedroom ceiling. Southeast Restoration was the company that completed my home repairs. I cannot say enough good things about this company! From day one when the estimator (Josh Veal) came by to assess the damage, my job was handled with utmost professionalism and attention to detail. My project manager (Johnny Gregory) was so wonderful. He was great at organizing and keeping me in the loop with the scheduling of the sub-contractors (roofing, restoration ceiling, painting, furniture move and final clean-up carpet shampoo, etc.) He is great at his job and I really appreciated it! Restoration of North Metro Atlanta — 5 star Jul 18, 2017 3:26pm We had just moved in when the fridge leaked water, damaging our hardwood floors, and damaging the basement (ceiling/wall/carpet). Southeast Restoration was recommended by my homeowners insurance (USAA), and I am so glad I used them. Everything turned out beautifully! My hardwoods look like new (but in a new stain color I prefer) - they even matched the paint color on the walls perfectly. The team worked efficiently, and quickly. Special shout out to the project manager, Holly, who pulled it off seamlessly, and is very responsive to texts/concerns/ etc. Basically a nightmare situation turned into a blessing, thanks to Southeast Restoration. (old color is on stairs. new color on our floor!)

Jack handled and coordinated the repairs at my home with subcontractors and USAA, which made the process less stressful for me. All the crews who came to my home were professional and did quality work. My home ia better than new thanks to the responsiveness and thoroughness of all the subcontractors. Jack and Chad at Southeast did a fantastic job. We had new floors installed due to some water damage. It was our first experience as homeowners with such an issue. They made the whole process less intimidating and less stressful. Every person we dealt with was polite and courteous and had an answer for all of our questions. Plus the work itself was great.
