We scheduled a free quote to have all the windows replaced in our home. When they called to confirm our first set appointment they called me 6 times within 2 hours. I was working and could not answer the phone. The 6th time, I finally answered, explained I was working and would need to call them back. I called back and rescheduled my appointment. The day before the scheduled appointment, they called 2 times within the hour and I answered the second time. The woman on the phone was adamant about my fiance being home. She asked questions like, "Will he be there?" When I explained his schedule is erratic sometimes, she wanted to reschedule a time when we both would be there and asked, "Will you be able to write us a check without him there?" I explained that I thought this was a free consultation and we would be comparing prices with other companies. She then still wanted to ensure we would both be there for the appointment. I told her, "I am able to make a decision on my own." She said, "Well, you just said that you couldnt. And we have a strict policy that both parties are there." I told her, "He is not even on the deed. But lets just cancel my appointment. thanks, bye bye." And I hung up. I dont know what the deal was but I feel very disrespected. I got nothing but a sexist response, and from another woman!! They would not come unless the man was present? When the house is only legally owned by me. Just because of that, they possibly lost out on replacing upwards of 20-25 windows. I would not give them my business.

Cratsmen is amazing!!! While I had 4 quotations for gutters from other companies, they were the only company that fully and succinctly explained all the nuances and details between the variety of products I was being offered. They price matched, and their customer service has been flawless. I cant think of the last time when a company called me three times over 4months to determine the satisfaction of my purchase without being pushy or trying to upsell me. Im sure there are many good General contractors, roofers, gutter specialists, and renovation experts in Lexington, but none as trustworthy, competent and diligent as Craftsmen.

I was very disappointed in the experience we had after reading. All the good reviews. The work was poor quality for the price. Which kept being raised due to unforseen issues. The customer service left me feeling frustrated. Please shop around first dont rush to a decision like I did just because they have good reviews

Door salesman approach. We did set appt. They called to confirm 2 days before appt. To verify. The day appt set for we waited an hour than called only to be told they had miscommunication amongst them and they will not be out. What a shame. There went business. Glad Im reading reviews to understand this happens alot.
