I contacted Addison Smith to repair a bad condensate pump and to do a general check of the heating and cooling system prior to selling our home. The service they offered was prompt and professional, and the price was extremely fair. The service person was extremely well informed and polite, reported regularly on his progress, and he worked quickly and accurately. I never got the sense that additional services or unnecessary repairs were being pushed. I highly recommend Addison Smith for any of your residential HVAC needs.

Got my Trane system installed by these guys. They had the system installed all in one day. They charged approx $1,000 less and took half the time the "other guys" quoted. Very awesome company and literally 24hr service. A few weeks ago, I called 11pm at night, the lady picked up and had someone over to make a small repair within 30 minutes. All free under warranty. I even offered a tip but he wouldnt take it. I dont think Ill every use anyone else again.

These guys are horrible. They did service at my home a few years back and Im still horrified by the experience. I left a review with details as to what happened. It has mysteriously disappeared. They will charge you triple the cost to fix your problem and then damage your system to make more money in the near future (i.e. 3 days later). Stay far away from these people.

Very professional. My AC went out. I called. They answered in 2 rings at 1:30 am and was at my house within an hour. Will definitely call again!

Addison Smith is the coolest when its hot, warmest when you need it to be. Definitely would install.
