It seems that I have had to use every heating service company in Crossville unfortunately. Crossville Heating and Cooling is the BEST by a LONG shot! My first mistake was calling Air Experts on First Street. I thought that they "looked" like a good company. When the technician arrived he was wearing a Miller heating and cooling sweatshirt and dirty jeans.... I was a bit confused but polite none the less. This repair man ( he never introduced himself and had no nametag or badge) then proceeded to tell me when I expressed my confusion that Air Experts in Cookeville, TN purchased Miller Heating and Cooling about a year ago and then changed the name back to Air Experts recently when the Miller name got a bad reputation. This made me a bit nervous and I should have told him to leave at that point, but I was nice and that was a mistake! Then he told me that they had also owned Rays Heating and Cooling in Fairfield Glade before they packed up and moved. He said because they are trying to rebuild the Air Experts name right now they are doing everything very "cheap." That was the first good (I thought) thing that came out of his mouth. By the time this guy was done messing with my unit, he wanted me to buy a new unit because it was beyond repairing..... I watched him mess with the control board, motor, and some other safety switch when the unit popped..... I told him to hit the road. Then I called Action on the advice of a friend. They were not much better, and at this point I felt like I had stupid written across my forehead. Last but not least, I called Crossville Heating and Cooling. The technician, Will that came out was very professionally dressed and very polite. He made me feel confident that I had someone that knew what he was doing looking at my system. $65 and an hour and 1/2 later, my heat was working again. Will advised me that my unit was dirty and should be tuned up. I wasnt aware that the dirt could cause problems or make my unit less efficient. I took his advise and actually am now a member of their comfort club. Everyone I have delt with from Will the technician to Leah, Michelle, and Tessi in the office, and Gary the salesman has been wonderful. They are all very professional and polite. I will do business with Crossville Heating and Cooling for years to come! They are the best in this area for sure!!!

I am very impressed with this company. I had a new system installed last week. It was so much easier than I imagined. The ladies in the office, Leah and Katie, were very polite and helpful. Justin and Jesse came out to do my estimate. They were prompt, professional and honest. They explained all my options clearly and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy. Rob, Chris and Jack installed my system. They were prompt, polite, very efficient and left absolutely no mess for me to clean up. I am very happy with my new system and all the folks at Crossville Heating and Cooling. Thank you!

My AC went down on Sunday July 16th around 6:30pm. I called and got a hold of Jamie out of the Jamestown office. He said no problem that he would be out and see whats going on. Within 30 minutes he was here and 10 minutes later he had the issue figured out and I was back up and running again. Very impressed with his knowledge of AC work, he knew what to go for, had the part on the truck to fix it. Being able to call on someone after hours on a weekend is a good feeling. Crossville Heating & Cooling has a customer for life. Thanks again.

A/C was struggling in the heat and with two children in the house, I decided to give Crossville Heating & Cooling a call. The professional and knowledgeable technician, Roger, came out the same day. I purchased the Maintenance Program which saved me some money vs. just a service call. Now, my A/C is actually putting out cold air once again. I look forward to the Fall when CH&C will be back to make sure my heating system is running well in time for the cold weather. Thanks!

Finally a company with qualified people. I called Condition of Jamestown and explained my problem. Cathy was great and helped me with all my questions and Scott showed up today to do the work. He was very professional and found problems and repaired the unit and will be back to repair air purifier..thank you for your customer service, no question who I will call if I need service again.

Had the kindest repair man. He did his best to try to get my unit to work a little longer. To no avail. The 50.00 service call isnt quite so hard to swallow when you know they did all they could do. Left my home cleaner than it was when he got here.
