Worse Chick-Fil-A experience ever. Ordered a number 1, bit into my sandwich and it was raw in the middle!!! Then when I brought this to the managers attention, he acted very arrogant about how there was no way this sandwich in my hand came from their kitchen. Mind you I ordered inside, ate inside, and walked right back to the counter... I suggest you send this kitchen manager back to training, Jason is what another employee told me his name was... because he had no name tag on. Will be driving down 41 to hit Acworth anytime I want one now. I have been to Chick-fil-As all across the country, never had such a terrible experience. Heck I have even had multiple locations mess up but they owned up to it so I ended up leaving a good review. This place is getting a 1 because how terrible the manager handled this situation.

BUSY!!!! We had to circle the parking lot like a vulture for a spot and ended up parking across the street in the Target parking lot! The service was fast, but the food tasted like it was sitting there for awhile which is disappointing being a Chick-Fil-A!!! We were traveling through and looking forward to this...would have given more stars if not for the chicken that tasted like it was sitting in a warmer for the past few hours

Something has changed at this location. My drink order has been wrong the last several times ( Dr. Pepper tastes horrible ); and one time there was a hole in the bottom of the cup. Service has slowed to a crawl. The last three times Ive been there cars have been wrapped around the building and not moving. Will give them some time to straighten out before I go back. From 5 stars to 2 stars.

While we were driving, we decided to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. However, upon arriving, at this restaurant, we noticed that both the interior and exterior was extremely crowded. We opted to go inside and eat. We were extremely surprised to have our food ordered and served in under 10 minutes by a friendly staff. What a refreshing change from many fast food environments today

Today I was truly disappointed with the Chick-fil-A experience on main street. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a strawberry milkshake. When I received my food after a 30 wait the milkshake was completely melted and my chicken sandwich was extremely soggy. The bun was completely falling apart. I will not be returning to this location!

With cow spots, ears, tail, & nose taped on, l enjoyed the free BBQ sandwich--it was yummy. The ice dream cone was dreamy good, perfect for a hot day. Enjoyed seeing all the other costumes, especially a guy wearing a full cow head with angelic halo floating above. Humiliate yourself, put on some spots, and come on down.

Terrible experience, went here for lunch last week, got the totally wrong order. Called back talked to the manager "Jason" he was extremely rude and arogant. Never again will I eat at this location. Been eating at Chick-Fil-As all my life, this has been the worse experience ever. Think its time for new management!!!

What a pleasant experience! Staff could not have been nicer. I saw them remake an order for a couple who were not pleased with their order. They were kind, patient, and most eager to make the couple happy. I was very impressed with the staffs dedication to customer service. All I can say is, "Eat more chicken!"

Morning staff is friendly but the evening staff tonight was awful very rude even one of the key holders and trainer which makes me wonder how any new employees may be. If you go it would definitely be in the morning time for breakfast!!!!

I gave them my calender card for the special and they did not return it, when I went back to get it they said its not here you only have a few months left anyway. Very rude. I will not go back to this one.

The buns here are not the same as other chick fil As, very dry and breaks when you push on it, weird considering every other chick fil a has the soft buttered tasty bread. Chicken seems fine.

Trust the reviews. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot, fresh and fast. What else do you want? Great customer service. Saw a regular come in and Zack knew exactly what he wanted. Impressive.

Cant beat a #1 on wheat bun and a tall lite lemonade at lunch. If you want to mix it up, ask for their buffalo sauce to dip in. Best quality fried chicken breast sandwich on the market.
