Hands down, Jeff and his team at Carriage House Catering, helped make my wedding day one unforgettable event! Top notch service combined with unbelievably tasty food is what his team promises and delivers. I like to think of myself as a chef in training so having great food at our wedding was important. I reached out to Jeff to schedule a tasting after reading a few reviews and I was very impressed on how quickly he responded and set up a meeting. I explained my vision and Jeff immediately started designing a customized menu, which ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Appetizer Station Tomato Mozzarella Skewer Pimento Cheese Souffle in mini Filo cups Mini Crab Cake with Remoulade Sauce Main Dish Stations Southern Smoked Pork - Assorted Rolls with your Choice of Sauce Accompanied By BBQ, Grain Mustard, and Herbed Mayonnaise Garden Veggie Station - Mixed Field Greens with Pecans, Pears, Gorgonzola, Balsamic Vinaigrette and Warm Grilled Vegetables served with Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette Make Your Own Martini - Choose from Three Cheese Mac and Cheese and/or Shrimp and Tasso Ham Grits Accompanied by Bacon Bites, Sautéed Onion, Tomato, and Chives Hot Sauce Bar on the side Gourmet Coffee Station - with whipped cream and chocolate shavings We are STILL getting compliments from friends and family how delicious the food was. As a bride, you always hear you dont have time to eat, well stand corrected. Jeff and his team truly catered to my husband and I. As soon as the intros were over Jeff personally carried a tray of food for us to eat (even including a bottle of hot sauce - he knew us so well!). The shrimp and grits and mac and cheese are to DIE for. Then, on top of the personally served meal Carriage House packed to go boxes with all the delicious eats that we ate the next few days (yes the food is so good even a few days old). A few other highlights that I would not have expected from other caterers: 1. I threw Jeff a curve ball and asked him to cook Arbys curly fries and mozzarella sticks late night since I work for the company. I have pictures of guests thoroughly enjoying them! Kudos to CHC for going above and beyond. 2. Chair rental - having a pop up wedding venue I really appreciated renting all of my chairs and extra tables through CHC. I really trusted Jeff and his team and not having one more vendor to worry about definitely made it easier on me. Also, I needed the chairs moved from the ceremony to the reception within an hour and without guests seeing. They seamlessly did this for me and I could not have been happier with this decision. 3. Personal care - having met with a lot of vendors it was nice to work with Jeff who is laid back and made us feel very comfortable and confident with his service. I doubt many people can say they could consider their wedding vendors their friends! We loved everything about CHC food and service and will definitely use them for future events. Overall, I can truly say CHC helped make my dream wedding come to reality!

Carriage House Catering has catered our company lunch for almost a year now. They always do an exceptional job and Jeff Brister is always extremely responsive, professional, and provides great catering advice and recommendations. The food is amazing! All of our jobs have become so much easier when it comes to our lunches because Jeff and his wonderful team manage it completely, staff love the lunch, and last minute changes/additions are always taken care of. Thank you to Carriage House Catering for the past year, and we look forward to many more!

Carriage House Catering has great food, service and is reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anybody.
