The general manager of this location is a complete idiot. She continuously runs her employees in to the ground. She does NOT have a bit of people skills, which is fine, then dont interact with clients, but if youre going to, then make sure youre some what happy. I love the facility in general and the staff, minus her, and every incident that Ive had thats been negative, roots back to her... I literally just called to make sure my payment was correctly on track to be drafted for this month and she was complete narcissist, as she usually is, I guess I shouldnt expect anything more from here. I hope that the owner of this location sees this and thoroughly follows up with his employee.

I am a well fit guy and Planet Fitness, although nice and friendly, is not the place for those in great shape. They say theyre "All inclusive" but their LARGE signs displayed all over says otherwise.. My suggestion, if youre in great shape or like to grunt because the weights are heavy, go to another gym. I will be changing gyms soon due to the "FIT shaming" moto they incorporate.

Was able to park my semi in the back. It was nice and slow from 1000-1230 when I was there. Showers are some of the best (just low pressure and took forever to get hot). This location has Life Fitness machines if you care, I like the Hammer Strength better myself. If in the area Ill be back.

Great facility!!! However, over the years, Ive visited the Smyrna and Decatur locations and both have multiple massage beds. This location has ONE with a waiting list and stricter rules. Theres no need of going if I cant have immediate access to the massage bed after an intense workout!!!

I have tried and failed many other gyms - the atmosphere at Planet Fitness is great. So far, Im 4 weeks in averaging at least 3 to 4 times a week of going to the gym. In the past, I made it a week or so. I actually look forward to going to Planet Fitness. You cant beat the cost, either!!

Good atmosphere but if you have the "black" membership you have to show them your goggles everytime you want to tan. I downgraded my 2 memberships and they cared me 2 $31 fees. I know they hAve to make money but that seemed a little steep.

Staff lacks people skills... very nice place atmosphere to work out in. love the hydromassage! but other than the staff lacking the intelect to make small talk its great just check in and get to working out!

Very clean for a gym. Friendly staff in a comfortable atmosphere. Lots of choices for cardio and weight equipment. As long as you understand contract you should be fine.

Active duty soldier came in today he was inquiring about a 1. month membership while on leave the response 10 down 10 a month probably hit him with a yearly fee too
