I dont know what has happened. Firehouse is my favorite sub chain and this was always a good store. Not anymore. The last 3 times in a row they did not get our order anywhere near right. These are fairly premium subs. I dont think asking for no tomatoes is unreasonable. We will not go back to this one.

Firehouse has some of the best subs around. It generally costs more than other places, but you get what you pay for. They fill the sub with meat, not lettuce and other filler. The dining area and restrooms are always clean, and the staff courteous.

I love this location! The costumer service here is EXCELLENT and the sandwiches are DELICIOUS!!!! I have been to other firehouse subs and this one is the best out of all of them!!!
