Not coming here again. The first time I went here on my lunch break, I waited over 30 minutes to get my lunch. Today I gave it another go by online ordering and paying 15 min before my lunch break. When I got there at 1pm, I waited a few minutes, got my order and then received a call when I was in my break room at work for me to come back and pay for my order! Apparently my order did not get paid even though I paid for it online. So I had to drive back again to pay for the order, already over 30 minutes just to be able to sit down and eat. Very unpleasant experience, plus by the time I got to eat my sub it was lukewarm at best.

Always delicious when we come here. Word to the wise, its the same price to get a drink and chips added on as it is to upgrade most sandwhiches to a large. So if you can deal with drinking water and want more sandwhich thats a better use of the money because you get almost twice the size. Hot sauce bar is amazing, dozens of different sauces, and they sell them too. I have been back to get a bottle of the sauce that left my brother and I smouldering at the mouth, its called vicious viper if your daring enough to try.

This particular location have thee worse customer service. The staff mainly speaking on the manager is very standoff. He doesnt speak, he doesnt smile. Its like he doesnt enjoy what he does. I really debated about going to the Lilburn location today. But I just got off, Im tired and its the closest FHS to my house. On top of the unprofessionalism, I was served a bad salad. I almost threw up. My husband had them make a fresh one. But I dont want it. Never returning until new management is in the building.

They never get the order right. If i ask for no onions or no lettuce they make sure to still put those items on my sandwich. One time i got a club on a sub with no bacon. The manager refused to remake my sandwich he just gave me some cold strips of bacon wrapped in foil.

My first time here & was a fantastic experience! Staff were great, absolutely in love w/ the decor!! Got a #7 steak & cheese sandwich w/ onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, mayo - best! Also got a #10 brisket sandwich -good. Best lunch in a long time! Highly recommend!

Ummm! Nice and clean Yea! Ate there many years ago and decided to give them / yall another try? Still Not Impressed gulp! Gave husband the other half of my roast beef, ham/ Firemans Sub? Kinda sweet tasting wasnt expecting that? Oh well!!!

God help u is u get the idiot manager at night he is a moron and cant even help himself. Only go here from open to 2:30 when gm is there bc the other guy manager is so stupid he cant even call the gm so god help anyone with a problem

For $5.30 I guess it was pretty good. A small sub though is REALLY small...maybe 3 inches. Good food, nice if one is not really hungry (I had the current 2 - 5 special...small sub, chips, drink for $5).
