I was very impressed with Ernie and the team. They acted as my advocate when dealing with the other partys insurance to minimize the insurance companys pressure to install used and/or 3rd-party inferior replacement parts. Their communications with me was open and candid and I never had to wonder or guess as to the status of the work being done. The turn-around time was faster than estimated. The important part - fixing my cars damage: when I got my car back, it was like it had never happened. Side note: I had a car rental during the repair period (paid for by the other partys insurance). When I was picking up the rental - off of exit 13 - they asked where my cars work was being done. They knew of Wazi and expressed positive reviews of their work, too.

The work they did was fine. Very specific to the accident, nothing more. Here is the problem. They clearly represent the Insurance agency. THe car was hit in the rear. $5,000 in damage including the exhaust being bent. 1) the exhaust now leaks and they will not fix because it is rust. The car was fine before the accident now it has an exhaust leak. Instead of fight the battle they simply take the ins. company stance. 2) the front end is now out of alignment and they blame tires even to go so far as telling my daughter that they looked the tires up on the internet and Said "if you want to Kill you wife buy these tires" Dont let tthese guys touch your car if it a result of an accident that insurance is paying for.
