Went to Roberts paint and body after I hit a deer. What they fixed looked good but they didnt fix all of the damage. Went back and they claimed they fixed all the damage and what was left wasnt from the deer. Went back next day with pictures taken within minutes of the accident which proved it and the owner exclaimed, "Fine you win! Well fix it!" Not caring too much for the attitude I contacted my insurance company who set me up with a different body shop to complete the repairs. The car is back to normal now. What they fixed looked good but make sure they complete the entire job.

Recently I needed a windshield chip repaired. I used to use one of those mobile chip repair services. Because it was cold, I shopped around and found that Roberts Paint and Body does windshield repair. My insurance covers Roberts’s service so I took my van to them. The service was excellent. They pulled my van into their heated area, fixed the chip, and had me ready to go in about 20 minutes. I received a receipt for what was charged to my insurance company and it was less than the mobile service charges. I’d highly recommend Roberts Paint and Body.

After my car got hit they made sure that I would get quality service every step of the way. Not only were they quick and provided quality repairs, they also got me a rental for the days my car was in the shop. They also took out a few dents and made minor repairs free of charge and made my car look wonderful again. If anything ever happens again, I will for sure be going back to Roberts Paint & Body.

The quality of the work they completed for me was good, but it took them two days longer than agreed upon to complete the work. That left me without a car over the weekend. They rented me a car, but it was still a huge hassle. If you have flexibility on how long you can be without a vehicle, the quality is good, but the experience was not great at all.

Absolutely amazing job! After little incident in the new roundabout in Ann Arbor Roberts Pain & Body did an amazing job fixing my car. Quick, friendly and the car looks beautiful. Car looks brand new! Awesome detailing job too! I highly recommend Roberts Paint & Body in Chelsea.

When a parking structure pole jumped in front of my Avalanche, Roberts Paint & Body repaired it and it looks like new. The service was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use their services again, if needed.

My husband gets me a gift certificate to have my car detailed every year. They do a great job, and its always nice to have a car that looks and smells like new (until the kids wreak havoc on it again)
