On April 1, 2016 while vacationing in the Smokey Mountains my 2015 Lexus SUV started making a horrible noise. I called the Lexus dealer in Knoxville and spoke with a Mr. Shane McKinney in the service department. He was very polite and sympathetic, as I told him my family was planning a 70th birthday for me that evening. Shane told me to bring my SUV in that very morning and he would give me a loaner car to drive. After arriving at the dealership i was greeted by Shane who immediately had a mechanic look at my SUV and diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump. Shane then gave me an almost new Lexus to drive until my SUV could be repaired. That evening I received a phone call from Shane and he told me my SUV was ready. I would like to commend Shane for his compassion, politeness, and kindness in my time of need. He truly represented Knoxville Lexus as a caring dealership and a place i would definitely buy a car. I purchased a Lexus IS 250 last week from this dealership. I was blown away by the world class customer experience. the salesman, Dustin Breeden, was by far the best person to work with on my new purchase. Dustin was incredibly versed on the product, and truly looked out for my best interest. He wasnt there to simply sell me a car so he could get another deal booked, he wanted me to get the right car and that made doing business with him that much better. I worked with Tyler & Daniel (finance managers) and both of them were incredibly professional. They were able to find me the best possible rates out in the market. I am beyond excited to join the Lexus family, and have already been praising this dealership to friends and family. If you are not sure about what kind of car to get, go and talk with Dustin Breeden. His knowledge with the Lexus product is extremely impressive.

Went there bought anES350 2016 and 07 camry. The finance guy, named Tyler screwed my deal over big time. signed the contract, $2000 down. added tints and interior lights after a week and half of owning it. After two weeks later, Tyler wants $6,000 dollars more. Tyler said, we need that money now or we will take the car back. I asked why? Tyler said bank wont approve unless he get $6000 upfront now. I said i dont have it. He races to my house, stalks my home, until i arrived, ram up behind me and demand his lexus. During my time of getting my stuffs out the car, he kept going on of trying to make me write a check. I asked can i get a tints and interior lights refund? He said NO! Drove away and here i am... Speechless and unjustified. Beware that guy named Tyler head of finance. He can lie through his teeth.

I just want everyone to know if you buy a Lexus at all or from Lexus of Knoxville they will not stand behind a split running board in a stress part when i took it inyrs ago they just quited me 1500 + and had no idea why it happed took it to 2 body guys they said the plastic was weak and itwas in a bend probably just a defective running board but LEXUS WOULD DO NOTHING. then called several yrs ago and said my rims are bubbling they said oh really. then last summer my dash cracked there was a recall Prayes the Lord .I brought up again about running board and rims even though i was told by Lexus of Knoxville for so reason those styled rims are doing that and i was informed they had several on there lot with the same problem but guess what still no help. wow all i say is beware.

We saw a used Toyota on Lexus of Knoxvilles web site and stopped by the next day to look at it. We were greeted by Phillip Rains who informed us that particular car had already sold. He did mention that another car had been traded in the day before and that it may be something that we would be interested in checking out. To make a long story short, we ended up purchasing the vehicle that day. Phillip was wonderful and really helped us in everything that needed to be accomplished in purchasing the vehicle. We enjoyed the test ride with him and the conversations we had. We really felt comfortable dealing with him. He is a great asset to Lexus of Knoxville

Having purchased vehicles for the last 24 years I can honestly say the entire team at Lexus of Knoxville is outstanding. Howie Day in parts turned our bad day and bad luck with my Lexus into a thankful and positive day. The service manager went above and beyond my expectations. My Lexus is 15 years old and I am given the respect and red carpet treatment just like the new owners receive. Its very hard to find these attributes this day and time. We just purchased our new 2015 RX 350 sport model from Logan Waggoner. We have never enjoyed the process of purchasing a new car. Logan changed the experience with his professionalism, information, and pleasant approach. He made the buying decision easy with his preparing the cost options we needed to consider. Other car sales representatives could learn from Logan how to treat a prospective customer. He represented his company but made us feel he was representing us as well in the buying process. Be aware that several of their newer models have issues with the A/C system producing a mildew smell which they themselves refer to as a "objectionable odor". They dont disclose this when you are there to purchase the vehicle as a potential problem, you only get their memo on it dated in 2013 after you complain about it and then youre basically outta luck. They might offer you a free evaporator cleaning as a "goodwill gesture" as they did me. Its unfortunate because I believed in Lexus.

The salesman (Logan Waggoner) was professional throughout the purchase taking care of each detail as though I was buying their most expensive vehicle. I know someone here and they are great people....other than that I have no clue what goes on here. I do know the cars are very expensive and the club appears to be exclusive. ...Ill never belong.... Like the hair club for men. They will inflate your ego and give you something I dont think you really need that badly to begin with? But, you can join and be a part of something "bigger" I guess?
