I took my 2006 Honda Civic to Service King after my daughter damaged the majority of the front end of the vehicle. They told me it would be done in 6 days, 7 days tops (that includes weekend days). It was completed on time and in fantastic shape. They cleaned the car and kept me posted constantly on the status of the repair. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I met with the technician who did the repairs. He talked me through everything he did and we even had a discussion about our kids. I would definitely return here, but I hope I never have to.

I had a great experience with service king. a geico insurance adjuster was on site, as well as an enterprise rental car associate, making the whole process seamless and easy. I was constantly informed on the progress of my vehicle throughout the entire process. my car is somewhat rare, so the bumper was not the easiest to come across, however they got the bumper, had it painted, and had my car repaired in a matter of days. keep up the good work.

Had my Wrangler serviced here after a hit a run accident. Service Kings made the process very easy. Everyone was really friendly. I even received daily notifications on the process of the service. When I picked up my wrangler I was absolutely pleased with the Service it looked great. I gotta give it to this company they are amazing. Thanks.

They took almost a whole week to replace my hood & what made it worse was they would tell me its should be done by 5pm each one of those days out of that week. The lady in the front office is a joke, she needs more training. Overall pretty slow moving company at least thats what Ive come to find out with the McDonough location.

Poor work, Anyone please do not get your work done here, Told nationwide that they need to take them off their list. This is the wrost place I ever been too in all my life. Thank the Lord, someone else fix there problem.
