The metal work and paint job on the vehicle was excellent. The shop even cleaned the car inside and out which most shops do. They cleaned out a pesky spot on the drivers side. Coordination with the insurance company could of been a lot better. The only issue which I noticed was the desk customer service lady was a little biased to certain cultures. i noticed preferential treatment to some. I thought it could of been a bad day for her, however when someone called about the vehicle and why wasnt our party informed that the vehicle was ready. She used an outdated number from.? The insurance had the accurate number but she left a message and didnt follow up with us until we called a week later asking about status on the vehicle. The front desk lady Amber got very unprofessional an appeared to get a bad attitude when we just asked why didnt you follow up since you havent heard from us? You just dont leave a message an never follow up if the vehicle is ready and your dealing with insurance and rental car issues. We felt like we were getting treated in a prejudicial manner. I dont have to tell you how perceptions and bad publicity can ruin a business. Everyone should be treated equally, and i was in there a few times and noticed some were treated better than others from the customer service part. The work on the vehicle was excellent no issues there. But other issues can ruin a business. I do reviews for every business I visit. You never know who you are servicing.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday based on such great reviews on the internet. (I also pass this Shop to and from St. Monicas on weekends and during the week and always had a good feeling...call it womans intuition). The engine hood on our 2005 Infiniti Coupe is in need of repainting. Trust me when I say it looks so bad. We met with Michael Payne, who was so nice, patient and helpful in explaining what he felt the job called for. It was getting near closing time but Michael never waivered and continued to answer any questions my husband had, going into great detail to help us understand what he was recommending. He wrote it all up so we know the costs head of time and we scheduled our appointment to get the work done next week. I look forward to continue writing a great review about Georgia Paint and Auto upon completion of the job. Thank you Michael. It was truly a pleasant, not to mention informative, customer service experience, and I feel very confident that Georgia Paint will do a great job, making our 2005 Coupe look young again.

What a great facility to work with. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection of a competitors recent work that I was having problems with. Let me say, GA Paint and Body could have said no, they would not be interested in inspecting someone elses recent work, but they didnt. They kindly agreed to take a look and I am so incredibly glad they did. They were able to find some problems with the recent repair that the other shop was refusing to acknowledge. Not only did GA Paint and Body make the fix, they handled the situation very professionally, and wanted to ensure we were happy. Thank you GA Paint and Body. I WILL be a repeat customer when the need arises.

I highly recommend Georgia Paint & Body. My daughter recently was in an accident with her Toyota Corolla and there was significant front end damage. Luckily my daughter was not injured, but the car looked pretty bad - basically the front of the car was smashed in with the front right corner of the car taking most of the hit. In less than 2 weeks Georgia Paint & Body fixed everything and it looked better than before the accident. Price was reasonable too, not to mention within their estimate. The whole staff was wonderful to work with and very prompt in following up with questions while providing good advice on how to save money without cutting corners.

These guys saved me $600!! Theyre so friendly and patient. Initially went to another place first because it was closer, and this place was 15 minutes away, but it was so worth the trip, and the good reviews hold true. The other car shop told me the scratch on my front bumper wouldve been $600 to repair, but the manager at Georgia paint and body took one look at my car, grabbed some solvent, and polished it good as new (and it was a preowned car!). They didnt even charge me anything. The manager said even if work was required, it wouldve been around $500 which is still cheaper. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I took my late model hybrid to Georgia Paint & Body for some minor work. I found the staff friendly and professional. I was concerned about the paint work since it was a two step finish and hoped the body work would be be invisible. I was not disappointed as the paint-finish matched perfectly.The body work was excellent as well. In addition the project was completed in one week as promised. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had Georgia Paint and Body Work fix my Subaru. The family run business was a delight to work with. They were able to negotiate to get all Subaru parts, which was my request, and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The end product is that my car looks brand new. They even buffed out an old scratch on the passenger door when they waxed the car. Great job.

I had some damages on the right side of my pickup. Got several quotes and their was the best. Left my vehicle with them before going to vacation abroad and asked them to call the insurance company. They worked with insurance on my behaves. When I came back from vacation about 3 weeks latter, everything was done. Very happy with the work they performed. Very professional!

I brought my car in to have them replace my back light that I had busted and I had mentioned it was a lease car that I was turning in and when I went to pick it up not only was the price very reasonable but they had fixed a couple of little things that I was going to have to do, they also washed and vacuumed it. I had my car serviced after getting in a small accident. They did amazing work and even buffed out some old scratches and dings. Also repaired a non accident related dent that now looks amazing. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service!
