And UPDATE the bumper is coming off, I just called and they said I HAD to bring it back to that location. Im going to look into it because why in the hell would I return my car to fix at the same location they couldnt get it fixed the first time???? Please save yourself and keep looking for a body shop!!!! Do not go here! Alright, so I was referred to them by his insurance company and boy were we upset. First off, I was involved in a hit and run while his car was parked. This messed up his headlight, fender, and passenger side door. They had us drop his car off on a Tuesday evening. They called him on FRIDAY telling him that they just looked at the car. Looked. They didnt even order any parts till that next Monday. So the car was just sitting there for 5 days for what? No reason at all. I called up there every day to see the status because they were not very good about calling us for it. Finally on Friday, he calls around noon and the guy said he will call us back within an hour to tell us if its ready or not. 3 oclock comes around and no call. I called and they say "oh yes, it is ready." Really? No. They should have called us! we go pick up the car and it seemed pretty okay.(it was day time and we really were just ready to go) that night, we get in his car, turn on the headlights and one is facing high up and the other far down. So we called the next. They told us to "maybe swing by" and they can maybe fix it that day. No no no. Horrible response to give someone who works in customer service for a living. He takes the car and they "fix it". We come home and that night turn it on again.. ANNDDD to our surprise, they were uneven once again! So we just took matter into our own hands and fixed it. 2 days after we picked up the car, we found paint bubbles all along the bottom of the passengers side door. We email them and when that didnt work, we just took a survey they sent us. We left a bad review because we werent satisfied and the GM called us within 20 mins. He tells us to send him pictures and that we will come to us personally the next day and come look at it. Next morning we get an email saying that the manager was gonna give us a call as soon as he got into the office. We received no call. No email back. No visit from the "manager". Horrible service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will make sure my friends and all of my family never step for in a Abra location and I will make sure I contact the insurance agency ASAP.

I would not recommend Abra. (1) No communication. While I received random text messages telling me that my car was happy at Abra I was never given a time line for the repair. Towards the end of the repair I was told it would be ready on Friday, maybe Saturday, finally I picked my vehicle up on a Monday. No communications until they are ready for you to retrieve your vehicle, they will blow up your phone! (2) Poor quality work. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed the Jeep logo on the back was crooked, scratches all over the inside of the newly painted rear door and filthy hand prints / scratches all over the interior panels of the back door and chips in the body of the vehicle that were not painted as part of the repair. (3) When I complained the female manager told me "oh, yeah we were going to fix that". Really? When? I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle back and let them correct the problems. Why should I bring my vehicle back and continue to pay $50 a day for a rental car when these guys couldnt correctly repair the vehicle from the start?

The best experience ever!!!! They completely take care of you as advertise. I would not recommend anywhere else.... Great job they perform on my 05 Mustang... 1. Drop your car off. Information is preloaded base on your insurance provider. 2. Enterprise come pick you up from there place and you will complete rental car info with set rental car provider. 3. Constant texts to your phone indicating the status of your vehicle 4. Once complete they will notify you. 5. Bring rental car back to ABRA... No need to go to the rental car place. ( Make sure the fuel is where it was when you left the rental car place so you will not have a crazy gas charge on your credit card ). 6. You are back excited about your vehicle. No paperwork to fill out if everything is complete on your insurance end. If you have a deductible then you must make sure you get that taken care of. 7. Make sure you post a great review about your experience....

I dont know about any reviews that are not mediated like with Better Business Bureau. My wife backed into another car on Thursday. They fixed it finishing up on Tuesday around lunch. They fixed her drivers door which had a scratch and scuff (terms that fit if not accurate) that was not part of the accident, for free. When we picked it up, she sent the car back to the technician twice to fix the doors, which he did. The rear damage was perfect. The front receptionist was very upbeat and helpful. Almost too perky but very helpful and truely listened. They were suggested by Allstate and I will recommend them myself for any body damage. Oh, and just to note, my claim was under my $1000 deductable. That is the way business should be done.

Review by Ava Champion, David Thompsons wife. Maybe this is the best way to get someones attention over there. Drop off was easy. But we were told we would get a call the same evening with an update. We did not. Nor the next day. When we called on the 3rd day we were told the truck was on the rack and expected to be totaled. Were told we would get a call back later the same day. We did not. So have called again. No call back yet. Our vehicle is a 2002 Dakota. One owner. Have taken excellent care and put over 150,000 miles on it. Starting to feel as though since the truck is so old, we are not getting much respect or consideration. Will update this review whenever we get the truck back. Hopefully the service will have improved.

I have a newer Honda with lots of extra options. Somehow my windshield got a crack in it. I called several different auto glass places, all of which struggled to find the right part for the car. I was eventually told to go to the dealer. Well, generally dealers dont do glass replacement. Abra worked with the dealership to get the right piece of glass. They then worked with me to schedule the replacement to take place at the close dealership so that the collision warning cameras and lane departure cameras could all be calibrated before I drove, for my safety. They worked with my insurance to handle everything quickly and easily. Ill never use another auto glass company.
