This place doesnt deserve any stars. An estimated 10 work days for repairs took 26 work days with no explanation to myself or the insurance co. I informed them that I would like for them to sign over the insurance check to me but the employee there tries to inform me that my bank will not deposit the check into my account. I show the check to my bank and they tell me that it would not be a problem at all. Then when I go to pick up the car the manager tells me that if they sign it over it would be considered insurance fraud. I call my insurance company and I ask them and they tell me that is not a problem at all. I explain to the manager that I want to charge it on my card and to sign it over and he then starts getting rude by telling me that if I dont sign over the check that I cant get my car and that he doesnt want anything but the check. If I dont sign it over then he tells his employee to put the car inside and lock up the car until I sign over the check from the insurance company. He then talks down to me like a child telling me to get away from the counter and sit down and that this is his shop and he can take any form of payment he so choices. Ohh and I have this all on video.

My husband are I were rear ended and this body shop was recommended by the insurance company. Bad timing for us as we were driving across the country in less than two weeks to move. We came in for a quote on Wednesday and told to bring our car in on Monday. They express laned our car to accommodate our very tight schedule! Mike D was phenomenal, kept his word with regular updates and that our car would be ready several days before our trip! Highly recommend!

I had 3 work done on my van/suv in the pass 8 years their. The first 2 was a 5 star rating. My last one, I was told by my neighbor that they saw my Honda SUV at home depot, when I call them, they told me no, they didnt use my car. My neighbor would not lied about it so.....I ask them to confess....thats all, I also ask for the owner to call me to speak about it and still.....over a year later, no call.

Excellent work repairing after a collision accident. They were on time, called me often with updates, and dealt directly with our insurance company for claims. As easy as a repair can get. They even took extra time to touch up a few unrelated scratches without charge! I would totally recommend them.

Didnt call when I was assured they would to follow up on an accident claim, so i called them and was put on hold for 5 full minutes. I hang up, call back, put on hold for another 3 minutes with no response. They obviously dont want/need another customer. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.
