ABRA body shop is ran by and full of crooks, our car was towed there after an accident, which the repairs totaled the vehicle, I myself am a certified automotive tech so I wanted to see the itemized estimate, when I was given the estimate and taken to the car, I quickly began to point out flaws and mistakes over pricing and even trying to charge my insurance for parts the vehicle did not need. Nate the manager was less than concerned acted as if nothing was wrong like they do it all the time. after he fixed the estimate is was roughly $1000 less. When I asked him how many other people has he done this too that did not have the knowledge that I do, his face was blank, the employee that I spoke to in the shop admitted to my face that they are told by management to forge paperwork in their shop. I have reported them to the BBB and they will not be performing any shade tree work on my vehicle, I hope and pray that people will read this and take their vehicle else where as ABRA ARE CROOKS

Took my European luxury car to them...they fixed what another body shop had messed up....I wish I had taken it to KCC first!! No matter how small the job.... they treat you like it is just as important as the big jobs.....were professional, explain what they did...keep you posted and updated, definitely bring all my cars here from now on... extremely happy with service...they are certified and it shows...they know what they are doing!! Ask for Jake!! He is very professional and detail-oriented.... you only have to tell him once and its as good as done. Thanks Jake and Techs at KCC

ABRA Auto is the hell of LIARS ! The manager Nate McPherson is a big LIAR.They are not repairing, but bringing more and more problems to your car. They hit and scratch customers cars. They even change your signed paperwork. The guy called Brandon changed signed paperwork professionally. SO be careful if you go there. Even if they hit your car, they would not acknowledge. They cover all their mistakes by changing signed paperwork.Dont go there!!!

The clear coat on my civic was repaired under warranty while ABRA was still Knoxville Collision Center. Almost 3 years later the clear coat started fading again, but ABRA honored the lifetime warrant on paint and repeated the repair at no cost to me. Overall, I found them to be very professional and I was impressed that I received daily calls with status updates.

The people in ABRA are the most dishonest. They can cause further additional damage to your car. They deliberately changed the initial signed inspection form so they can blame the damage to us. Everyone in the shop knows well how they change customers signed forms.

I can strongly recommend this place. The team works very accurately and my car was fixed within a week. They also do very comprehensive checkup. What also counts is that the service is very good, giving regular updates on the status of the repair.

Very quick (at all stages), very professional. Had insurance repairs done and everything looks perfect. They even cleaned inside the truck (which was fairly filthy). Hasnt looked this good since it rolled out of the factory
