First off I did not allow them to repair my car. The guy at the front desk was slow rude and acted as if my business was not imprtant. He refused to even get up to look at my car. then he gave a grunt and went outside to look. After 1 minute he walked back in. I had rear-end damage. He didnt even look under the car, in the trunk or even notice the taillight was smahed. Also the shop smelled foul, there was dirt and dust every where. No way they can do quality work with bad attitudes and dirty environment like this.

I love the shop owners (Laura &Winton)!!! As a first time customer I was treated like family. My car was stolen and damaged. L&W Auto Body shopped fixed my car and had me back on the road within two-three weeks. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service and guaranteed body work on his/her car.
