I work at an auto parts store. Sorry i can not say wich one as i still work there. I bought a gas tank to replace my old leaky tank. Well the tank they sold me leaked worse. It leaked onto my exhuast and was extremely hazardous. I had to buy a fire extinguisher and i had to pay for the labor to put it on and it was all a waste. I ended up buying a new tank and after dropping my tank 4 times i finally resolved my leak with a new tank. I live 45 minutes away so i called them to see if i could get my money back. I was told yes just bring the reciept. When i went there they then said they need to see the reciept for the new tank. I didnt have it but you can look and see its a new tank or i can go to my store and get a print out of the transaction. That still wouldnt work for them. They sold me a bad part that put my safety and car in hazards way and wasted a lot of extra money on and lied to me and called me a liar. I will never go there again and nor will i ever refer anyone to them.

So the owner of this used auto shop, sold me a screwed up car. And left me screwed. Bought for 3000$ had 191000 miles on it but he claimed he just changed the transmission and the new one only had 131000 on it. Well the transmission is bad. He came to look it once after the alternator broke ( a week later after I bought the car) then he had to drain a couple fluids on my car to put the alternator in. So my grandpa bought the fluids for me car and refilled them, 2 weeks later my car started to overheat!. And some how " someone" put tissue around the radiator cap. And must have done some damage to my transmission. All I have to say is karma will get u

Very short customer service, almost rude in fact. It seems the staff rarely has the freedom to answer questions without contacting the owner, and the owner is less than helpful. I dont think I would recommend them, especially when other great car places are so close by.

Very slow. I came in to get a steel rim for my Elantra. They took over an hour to find it. They are very rude also. I will not be coming back here. They know nothing about customer service. I could have driven to u pull and pay and back sooner then they got the rim
