I just got my truck back from carstar of amelia . My truck is a f250 and by many standards was said to be totaled, frame bent and twisted. I was at lost where to have my truck worked on until i had people tell me about carstar of amelia. When i went there. Tim Back the general manger spoke to me directly and assured me that my truck would be as good as new. I was a little skeptical at first until he showed me step by step how he was rebuilding my truck from ground up. My truck had to go on a new frame direct from ford, so imagne the damage it had. I have had my truck back now for almost a week and it is like Im in a brand new truck to which i am so happy. Im so glad to have carstar of amelia in our neck of the woods, God forbid i get in another wreck but if i do Carstar of Amelia will always have my business. Shout out to Rocky and Valley Collision for the excellent service they provided when a buck ran out in front of my car, causing quite a bit of damage to it. Rocky was very professional and friendly throughout the process of repairing my car. Although it took a couple days longer to complete the repairs than originally anticipated, I was very pleased with how my car looked once the repairs were completed. I would rather the shop take a little more time to do a quality job than to rush it and do sub-standard work. I was also impressed that they cleaned the inside of the car before I picked it up! It even had a new car smell (which, with my children, probably wont last long!) Would definitely recommend Rocky and Valley Collision to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

We just moved from New York, and had no local "go to" shops in Cincinnati when a deer came flying into the side of my car... We have one now! Kelli was awesome! The work was immaculate... Finished exactly when they said it would be... In and out in 3 days, and i got a picture every day of the progress... I have had 2 other body shop experiences over a 10 year period... Nothing like these guys... Its a family run business which we really love, and they were just awesome from start to finish! The work was covered, but the price of the repair was also much lower than what I expected it to be for how much work goes into making it just right...and I have a Mercedes... So you automatically assume it will be high... They are just honest people who do the right thing.

They have Definitely gained a client for life Rocky was very helpful the work they did was very professional and clean couldnt tell it was ever hit. They even cleared and buffed our headlights without us asking just did it out of the kindness and professionalism thanks Alot valley collision you guys are awesome!!!! I had to find a body shop to fix some minor damage from another person backing into my vehicle. I took my car in on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday afternoon I received a call that my car was finished and ready to pick up. Super fast! My car looks great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Theyre a family owned business and have been doing body work repair in the Cincy area since 1978! They know what theyre doing!
