My wife went to this place posing as a legitimate business, and apparently the owner "Steve" is either really broke or delusional if he thinks showing my wife around the gravel pit he calls a storage facility is worth 70 bucks by itself. My wife went here and got a unit that was too small, so not only did I find a unit that was bigger somewhere else, it was cheaper as well, along with being in the same city. So when my wife called to see if she could get a refund since we would not be using the unit at all, she was told that even though there is no clause in the contract or signs on the building that say "no refunds" not to mention all this took place within an hour, he told her she could not get a refund. So I called and Im a probation officer so Im use to criminals "trying" to get over on me, but the conversation went from shady to down right childish. "Steve" told me that he might give me some of my money back if I tell him where I got a better deal, so since I dont make deals with criminals or children, I politely told him that I will return the keys in the morning. When I got there, I went to the unit just to make sure it wasnt big enough, and I open it and it was filthy with miscellaneous trash and spider webs, so actually we dodged a bullet by not going with this shady, trashy, gravel pit masquerading as a business. As I always say, anything lost can be found again except time wasted, DONT waste your time with "Steve" and his childish & pathetic excuse for a business.

This is the best place to go if u ever need a place to store your belongings the owner here is very nice and will do the most that he can to help you I will truly miss the nice service I received from here I will truly recommend this business to anyone I know thank you so much
