Location and units are easy to get around, the staff is extremely helpful and very kind. I had no problems getting a unit when I needed one. Everything is really clean, it is cleanest storage facility I have seen. The site is very secure, loved the coded gate entry. I was worried about how I was going to get into my unit after we had a lot of snow, but much to my surprise they had everything shoveled and plowed and I had no issues at all. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a unit.

While in OH for a wedding, I visited Extra Space to help a friend and was inspired to write a review. I have been to some downright SCARY storage places, but this one epitomizes "A clean and well lighted space". Seriously, you could eat off the floors in this place, and the staff was almost eerily cheerful and helpful. If you have reservations about storage places, use Extra Space and reset your mind!!

They taught me how to dye my hair purple using kool aid. Also they had storage units available one week before August which was also great. They even preemptively cancelled my recurring lease since I only need a unit for two weeks, and they gave a nice cliff-notes version of the contract I signed with a mouse. Very quick and easy experience. Friendly staff, all that good stuff. And they sell boxes :D

Got all the info I needed online. Received a call back within minutes confirming my reservation. I was able to finish the lease process online, and got to the office to provide my i.d. and pay my fees. All of this was completed 100% within an hour! How easy! The manager at this location, Chantele... was very helpful and friendly.... Glad to have made this decision!

I have a small unit that is perfect. The buildings are always clean. I have actually seen the staff cleaning the halls and unit doors! That is 5 stars in my book alone. The young ladies in the office are always neat, polite, helpful and above all they smile at you and are friendly. Chanele is the person I have had the most contact with and she could not be nicer.

I would like to say that customer service is a 5. Chanele was great at explaining everything about the storage units. This is my first time using Extra Space Storage. But would recommend this to anyone. Just because its nice to know we still have friendly people out there. Also a very clean, inside and outside.

Chanele Blair was beyond helpful when it came to providing amazing customer service. the security is the absolute best in Hamilton, Fairfield, all of Butler county.
