Every time Ive been to this Chick Fil A (the closest one to my house) the employees never offer sauce. And sometimes I just forget because out of habit, Im so used to them asking, its part of the service at any fast food restaurant. Also, the last time I went there, I spat off my order pretty fast which I didnt realize. I laughed and apologized when the girl told me to hold on a second, totally understandable. When I came to the window she of course did not ask if I wanted sauce. So when I asked her for 4 chick fil a sauces for 2 meals, she ROLLED her eyes as she had only given me one from the drive thru, and had to walk up front to get more. She had a completely annoyed look on her face because she had to serve me. Maybe she was having a bad night. But out of the 20+ times Ive been here in the past 2 years, the bad outweighs the good. Forgetting sauce when Im 9 months pregnant and have to go inside after going thru DT? Yeah, thats on the list of bad experiences too.

Manager Reece needs Customer service training ! I have never been treated so rudely @chickfila before. I am in shock. I showed the manager my bagel she looked at and said whats wrong with it ? I said its burnt . The entire bottoms were black her response was thats how our toaster does it ! Since I ordered this 4-5 times a week I know that is not true and she rolled her eyes and walked off WOW! I was floored the look on my face must have said it all because Vicky (catering) jumped right in to save your customer she was very apologetic and did everything she could to make sure it was made right. Very disappointed @ Reece s behavior she is a bad representation of your store !

Not a Fan of this Location!!! I stopped in on my way to work and the lady standing outside to take my order was rude. I dont know the menu by heart and shouldnt be expected to..... When asked what I would like to order I described the sandwich I wanted and was responded to me with a rude tone. I didnt get her name but she wears glasses and normally works the window when I happen to stop by. Im so happy Panera Bread is now open so I dont have to deal with rude people in the morning.

The staff here is wonderful, like most Chick-fil-A locations. It can get a little backed up in the drive through and parking because of the flow and location. The exit area goes right to a roundabout so it cause some confusion from other drivers. Food is always great, hot and made correctly.

As usual, friendly and helpful staff and a clean location. I think they left my spicy chicken in the fryer for an extra 30 seconds and was a little crispier than usual. To me this was a great. Everything else in the 4 person order was spot on.

Love this place, totally crowded but awesome food. The only complaint would be the disorganized line for ordering. The cellphone coop challenge is great too...free ice cream if you can put your phone away and *gasp* talk to one another.

Waited over 10 minutes just to order in drive thru. Went quickly after that. Didnt receive an apology for the wait. Never receive a thank you. I dont feel like they value my business. Food is good but customer service is lacking.

Great as any other Chick-Fil-A with excellent customer service and quick food preperation that always tastes great. Only giving it 4 of 5 as it is fast food after all and I reserve the 5th star for awe inspiring places.

My fries are never fresh and the girl cut me off when I was telling her what sauces I wanted to ask for my drink. She told me to ask for the sauces at the window, but I Forgot and ended up getting no sauce.

Out of all the Chic-Fil-As I go to, this one is my favorite because of the friendly staff and the quality of the food. Most every time Ive gone Ive enjoyed my meal and so have those Ive dined with.

Watch out! This place gets crazy! Ingress and egress are dangerous at times and down right death defying other times. Food and service is on par with other Chickfila restaurants.
