I tried the grab-it-and-go. Placed my order, and went in to pick it up. It was behind the cashier, along with another order. I got in line at the cash register, but the lady who was up to pay walked away and started conversing with a guy nearby. Soon, another man came in and the three of them conversed while the cashier and I waited. After a couple of minutes, another customer came in and asked why we were just standing there. The cashier remarked that we were waiting on the woman. Up until now, the cashier hadnt even acknowledged that I was standing there, even though Id been there for at least two minutes, just waiting for my "grab it and go" salad. Once I finally got the salad, I found that it didnt have all of the same ingredients that the Panera Bread in Snellville puts in the same salad. There wasnt a hard-boiled egg, for instance. I found this so-called "grab it and go" procedure, which is advertised to be so convenient, to be frustrating, time consuming, and subpar as far as any customer service might go. Now I just avoid the one in Lawrenceville and go to the one in Snellville.

Contrary to the breakfast food being great, I have a distaste for two of the rude, sarcastic young girls that work in the front of the house at this location. Each time I have been there, I noticed that they do not greet or smile anytime that I or anyone else enters. If you dont like your job or youre not a morning person find something else to do with your life and stop making businesses look bad. We all have our things we are dealing with and the last thing stressed people coming in to patronize a business want to deal with is rudeness and attitude for no reason. As a person that works directly with customers/public everyday, I make sure I dont bring my personal issues with me to work. my pet peeve is dealing with rude employees especially where I am spending my hard earned money. The tall white bald guy who is the manager and a short lady who is also a manager are the saving grace because they have always come behind almost as if they knew already and asked if everything was ok or if I needed anything else or if Ive been helped

Panera is a wonderful place, with good-for-you food. Not a lite food place, but a wholesome food place. No preservatives or artificial coloring in any of their food and drinks. Bread is their specialty and thus their sandwiches are amazing, assuming there is one that suits your taste and your budget. My personal favorite is the Chipotle chicken avacado melt. Succulent. The main problem of Panera lies not with the people that work here; on the contrary, the biggest problem you may find are the other patrons of this location. Many are very snobbish and you might find yourself waiting behind a 40-something for quite a few minutes causing a ruckus because theres too much mayo or something else ridiculous.

The food is satisfactory. Not the BEST but its a good alternative to McDonalds or Burger King. Also the quality of food really depends on whos cooking for that shift too. The best bowl of macaroni one day can taste DISGUSTING the sat after just depending on whos cooking. This particular Panera in Lawrenceville is not the cleanest place. I cant stand the site of their dirty tables and seats (and dont even get me started on the bathroom, oh my God). I have no major complaints about Panera. I often frequent the restaurant on my lunch break and the staff has treated me well so far.

The cashier was extremely impolite. She spoke to me like I was being a bother and like she really didnt want to be at work. Everyone at this Panera had a dry attitude- very unwelcoming. I didnt say anything because my sister told me not to. Not too sure if I would want to return to this location. It is a shame because it is located in a decent area. I expected more especially when your paying more than $12 for half a sandwich and soup. The dining area was a bit untidy- crumbs on the seat and tables not entirely wiped down. Why charge so much for substandard service??

Found a bug/roach in my salad. Told them I found one and they made me another salad from the same lettuce bin the bug was in. I was disgusted and didnt want to eat it knowing there was a bug there before. Manager aaked if I wanted a free dessert so I said yes and went to the front to ask for my free dessert because a manager said I could and they stare at me like they were confused or like it wasnt a big deal. This place needs better inspections and you should ask for a refund on my salad not a cheap $2 dessert.

Mornings in metro Atlanta can a hectic place. With very little time to get to work and still get a breakfast that isnt junk food can be a chore in itself. I have added this Panera to my morning routine. Between the soufflés and the speedy friendly staff, I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. I highly recommend coming to see Ms. Susan for a ham and Swiss and be out the door in a quarter of the time at chik fil a. I would suggest anyone considering this location to follow through and see for yourself.

Went too this location about (8:05am) 15 mins ago and there where 4 ladies(one in a blue shirt and 3 in black shirts) in the food making area doing nothing but talking and neither of them acknowledge me or try too come help me at the register. One looked me right in the eye and didnt do anything. I waited 5 mins with no line waiting too get service. I counted in my head too see how soon they would come so they never came so I walked out disappointed!

Love the food, its always good. But Shyanne should probably lose the attitude and gain some listening skills. I asked for a steak and whit cheddar panini with no sauce or onions, extra meat and chess. I got a sandwich with like 2 slices of meat, and overload of cheese, and onions. How hard is "steak and whit cheddar panini please with no sauce or onions, extra meat and cheese." My garbage can thought it was pretty good.

A charming little restaurant full of wholesome goodness with a very tasty menu. With fireplace motifs and accenting nooks, my girlfriend and I love the ambience of having some girl time and relaxing quiet. The menu has pastries, soups, sandwiches and bagels. And the menu is online details nutrition regarding the preservative free mission statement that Panera is striving for its future. Enjoy!

While the food is good, it had a lack on power outlets for studying. And the menu does not career to gluten free and none of the staff seems to know what that is, which is pretty standard across the Panera chain. Please is clean and tidy and staff are young and polite. $8 salads are a little high for me, still they went 100% clean on meat and veggies. For $8 I would want organic.
