Definitely cleaner and larger than other locations....so a plus there... ......but I am a bit of a hot sauce buff and always enjoy trying something new from the selection of sauces on hand. Unfortunately this location does not seem to replenish their sauces and just about all of them were close to empty and a few were pretty much out....a bit disappointing...

We went to firehouse subs for lunch today, and I was really craving extra pickles. So I asked for two pickles instead of one. But instead, my family and I didnt get any pickles, and that is one of the best parts of the meal. What a bunch of jokers. In addition to this, one of our sandwichs was not even what we ordered.

Disappointed again at this place. No pickles in the bag, the New York Steamer was much smaller in meat than it should have been...the lettuce and tomato on the Hero was wilted and old, I asked for pepper to be added but they didnt add it....wont go to this one again

Every single time I come here theres always something missing from my order. I got a sub with no sauce this time. Paying 10 dollars for a sub. Disappointed every single time. They need to rethink their hiring process and stop hiring people who cant read.

The place is very nice an clean, the staff is very friendly, the prices are a bit higher than say a McDonald or Subway but it is totally worth every penny, as the food is really good, and the portions are large enough, I would recommend.

This location is very clean and easily accessible. The workers are fast and courteous. However, the subs are too pricey to be as mediocre as they are. Id much rather go to Publix across the street for a less costly, tastier sandwich.

Ive heard this is the training store and then they send people out to their stores once trained and you can tell. Pretty decent for the most part a lot of inconsistencies

The meat and sandwiches as a whole are sub par to most other Firehouse locations. Try the one on Scenic hwy instead.
