had the displeasure of visiting this location on 9/11/2014, not the busiest of times 1:15 Pm, but moderately so. As a handicapped person ( walk with the aide of a cane ) I have grown accustomed to a small degree of assistance once I arrive at a location, Not this one, no one to open the door, nobody offered assistance at the counter or from the floor. A ( Mr. Phil ) Mr. not deserved, was too busy visiting with 3 of his friends to assist anybody, including a young mother with 2 active children, however his friends did comment to her, he ignored her as well as everybody else. I was sitting in the row of tables immediately next to where he was so busy with his chat session and he did not offer to take my tray when finished, or any other offer of service. This is not the Chick Fil A policy. I did receive the obligatory response from the floor manager that Blah Blah Blah, he will make corrections, ?? that should have been done during this time frame, not at some other time, not very attentive floor manager..

Food great, service not. Waiting outside, not using speaker system. Finally got out of car and went inside to place order. Many counter employees available. Not functioning as fast food outside. One employee typing in orders. If this method is supposed to be more expedite, its not. Also parking places blocked off to allow this car line to form. Staff inside says its faster, even though I am walking out with order by the time my car would have been waited on. Really??? Lets try another method. I wasnt the only one that went inside for service.

The last 2 times I went through the drive thru, I came home to find that the sauce I requested was not in the bag. Counter service isnt great either, as they never put enough people on the register and the line of people waiting to order gets pretty long. I understand that this is the only fast food place in the area, but other Chickfila stores seem to handle the same volume of people much better with more accuracy and consistency.

Worse drive thru. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through then I get to the window and they tell me to pull forward because my food isnt ready. They came to the car to verify my order and I told them how long I was waiting and they said sorry. Why they finally brought my food I didnt get any compensation or nothing. 30 minutes wasted. Not like the other chick-fil-as. If I didnt have to be some where I would of went to the manager

The service here sucks, I had to get up twice cause they forgot my order the first time and the second time they got my order wrong, and the lady was not nice about it. She asked for a receipt and they didnt give me one when I ordered. Ive worked at Chick-fil-A before and this is not how you attend people! Even the people who sat behind us had a problem with their order. These people need better training!

Mgt ISSUES! Owner (Frank Harney) and Mgr pulling employees from work during rush hour to reprimand them while customers were waiting and trash on the floor. Chic fil a still stands for SERVE, right?. Obvious Mgt team not connected to customers or employees which is NOT the chic fil standard. The food was good and met our expectations for Chic Fil a. I hope someone helps the owner at this location.

This Chick-fil-a is by far the best I have ever been to. The last time I went to this restaurant, I was pleasantly welcomed by multiple employees. As I was ordering, a young employee named Jonathan Edwards helped me with my purchase. He was just so nice and helpful. I greatly enjoyed my dining experience, and I will most definitely be eating here again.

Honestly the worst Chick-fil-a Ive ever been to. Quality is hit or miss and it seems like they are trying to save money by loading your drinks with ice and filling up the fry containers 2/3. I honestly wouldnt be writing a review if this hadnt happen on at least 90% of my visits there.

The food was great and the service was awesome but when i asked for Polynesian sauce, the rude employee laughed at me and did not give me the sauce. I was forced to eat my fries with ketchup and was very disappointed.. i will probably be going to a different chick fil a from now on!

Service is top notch, food quality and quantity is great, drive through can be a bit of a wait but they move faster than any other quick service venue. The parking lot can be a little confusing to access the drive thru but follow the signs and you should be able manage.

My go-to for a filling & delicious quick meal. Staff always so-so friendly & welcoming. Orders are prepared quickly & delivered to table with a smile. Cant be beat for quality. Love that they always close on Sunday!

I just moved to Flowery Branch and every time I go to this Chick-fil-A, the drive thru is busy. They are very busy but fast with your food. Part of it must be their great service, friendly staff and clean place.

Food is good. Restaurant is usually busy. Not enough parking and the drive through lane wraps around building when busy, thus removing several of the already limited places to park, from use.

This location is very slow, milkshakes were completely melted and chicken was cold. I have never had such a negative experience..
