Ordered food at this location tonight. paid at the outdoor kiosk they had set up in the drive thru. At the window, was told that the location was out of diet lemonade, and was asked what I would take instead. Chose diet dr pepper, but was unsatisfied at having my money taken first and being told what wasnt available last, and decided to return food for refund. After all, I reasoned that for being parted with my money, I should get what I wanted. When I went inside, the diet lemonade container was full. Turns out the staff didnt want to hold up the drive thru and refill the container while I waited, so they lied to me to get me to take something else so they could get on to the next customer. I asked for a manager. Jose Marquez emerged from the back of house, totally clueless. He refunded my money as the staff chatted over the counter with friends of theirs, apparently from school. When I got home, I realized that Jose didnt refund the entirety of my order. Useless. If I cant get an honest dining experience from Chick-fil-a, what options are left? It just makes me sad, honestly.

This drive thru is a MESS!! This new thing where employees are taking orders outside is NOT working. I never had a problem with the drive thru before and in the past couple of months it has been horrible! I waited in line to get 2 kids meals for 18 minutes at 2pm..which is not such a busy time of day! The girls taking the orders where confused as to which car was next..they had to stop taking orders to figure things out. I counted 4 cars that went ahead of me that actually arrived after I did. It is backing up the whole parking lot to where you cant even get out to leave! Something needs to be done cause I cant imagine customers are very happy with this. I could have almost sat done at a restaurant and got my food just as fast! I will not be back to this location anytime soon!!!

I ordered a large platter of chicken nuggets with a count of 200 for a party. When I got home I counted them and was short 25 nuggets. I called to tell the manager and he asked me to count them again of which I did two more times. When I got back to the Hamilton Mill store I was challenged by the manager about the count. He said that he personally counted them and there was video of him counting all 200. I told them I order 200, I only needed 200 not 225. What the heck! All I got to say is if you counted 200 then something happened to 25 of them before they got to me or you cant count! I would advise customers to count their platter orders. If everyone is being shorted like that Chick-fil-A has a major problem. What an unexpected and unpleasant experience.

This Chick-fil-A is honestly one of my favorite to visit. I have to drive from Kennesaw to Athens quite often and I sometimes stop at this location in order to grab a quick bite to eat before getting back on the interstate. Every time I have visited, the staff has been friendly and the facility has been very clean. The food was always quick to prepare and came out to me almost the moment I finished ordering. The only compliant that I have ever had was that a few times they left pickles on the sandwich or gave me a spicy when I asked for plain. Beyond that, it is a wonderful place to go eat at and I highly recommend it.

i went through the drive through the other day and my food was made incorrectly. When I went back the managers were getting off shift and leaving the store. When they saw me walking back in with food in my hand they went back to the store to ask me what was wrong. They aplogized and took me inside and had my food remade, it came out extremely quick. The also offered me a card for a free sandwich because of the issue. Mistakes can happen at fast food restaurants but its nice to have a store whos managers make it a point to get corrected and seem to care.

Food is great, and I love Chick-fil-A! However, Ive had several issues with the Hamilton Mill location. Ive had issues with my orders, like 10 nuggets instead of 12, no cheese on the deluxe, and other little things.. I would let them know the problem and they would send coupons for free food, but guess what, the coupons would be expired and Id have to explain to the people again. My biggest problem I had was when they gave me the wrong change back and shortened me $14. It was a nightmare. They sent a free chicfila meal coupon and thats it.

Ive never had a bad experience with chickfila until I went to this one. My brother and I were passing through on i85 when we ordered 2 sandwiches. When we stopped at a rest area an hour or so later I found they messed our order up, with my iced coffee being the only thing they got right. Expecting another great experience with the franchise and instead got a very poor one. Its not like we ordered fifty things, nor the drive thru busy at all, there wasnt any real excuse for such poor service.

I tried applying here when they were hiring, but after going to 3 interviews I never got the job (I wouldve appreciated it if they deferred me then and there). The cashiers that serve you are usually younger teens a few of them like to talk alot amongst themselves even when they see someone waiting. But the bright side is that they are definitely better than the chickfila outside the mall, Jesus.

The best chick fila ever. Its not like chick fila arent courteous to begin with. But this was extra nice. Barhrooms clean. Whole store was. Order was to me even before I had finish paying. Not sure how. And order to was to go and they walked us out and opened the door. Super friendly. This one is so much nicer and tastier than the one on 127 Hickory.

Chick-fil-A rocks!! I cant say enough good things about Chick-fil-A. Youd be hard pressed to go to a sit down restaurant in this area and get better service. "Yes sir" "My pleasure sir" and on and on. They open the door for you. Theyll bring your food to your table for you. The orders are actually correct in the drive through!! What?! Amazing.

This chic-fil-a is great, and always gives you tons of sauces! All their employees are friendly too. Its such a great location though, that its very overcrowded. I took a star off for their high turn-over rate, because always having newbies has led to my order being wrong a few times. Other than that though, its great!

I have to say that for the most part this Chick fil A is on point, but I find it bothersome that so much manpower is dedicated to an efficient drive thru but the inside counter service is sub-par. My experience was in the morning and there were at least 4 people working the drive thru and one guy at the counter.

I went to drive thru placed the order after three retrys got the order placed then on my way got called a DOOSH. When i got to window i talk to a manager he kept saying nobody was saying that not to mention i had my two sons with me in the car. We all did hear that. Unbelivable. Very disappointing.
