This is the absolute worst Chick-Fil-A in my area. It is the closest one to my home yet after tonights experience we will go to a different one from now on. -Seven times out ten the order is incorrect. (Missing food) -Often when going through the drive thru you dont even get acknowledged. They just take your money and give you your food. -Several times I have tried to order chicken noodle soup at lunch time just to be told its still too cold and they cant sell it yet. How is it that the soup hasnt been warmed up by 12:30-1:00 in the afternoon? -Last week I came in at 9:00 to get a gallon of sweet tea. The girl looked at me like I had 10 heads and said they were not selling any more gallons for the night. I asked if they were out of jugs and she said no they just were not planning to make any sweet tea for the night. So I left empty handed and went to the Mall of Ga location and they were happy to sell me as many gallons as I wanted. -Tonight I went through the drive thru (2 lanes). The other lane had 5 customers go through it before anyone came over the intercom to take my order. I couldnt back up because someone was behind me. Its just frustrating. I love the company as a whole. I love their beliefs and their support for the local community. I just wish this store could get it together!

This location is just like MOST of the stores that I have been too; customer service is through the roof, a great supporter of the local schools, my family LOVES the food & the location is perfect. Also I would love to brag on a young lady there by the name of Jillian whom was more than outstanding with her service, her beautiful smile, & personality. If the rest of the staff is anything like her I pray that everyone goes far & beyond into the future. Excellent job.

Most Chick-fil-As are known for awesome customer service, but this location will be known to me as the only fast food restaurant where Ive experienced racial discrimination. To get ignored at the counter like Im invisible and not acknowledged until all the white people behind me were served first was seriously messed up.

The food was great there but when my mom was ordering at the drive thru, the lady asked if she wanted to donate any money for children in need. My mom couldnt hear her and she just said the order name. Th moment we drove off the lady said, "Gosh." It was rude and I dont think I will come back again.

Best Fast food restaurant in town. The Staff are all so polite and caring. As soon as you walk in the door that a staff member holds open for you, you feel like family. They are always so prompt with your order also. Its a place that you would be proud for your children to work in for their first job :)

This place keeps forgetting my fries on my orders when placed at the druve thru. I thought it was a one time thing but I guess this happens all the time since I just got to work from the drive thru and noticed I dont have the fries I payed for. Disappointing.

By far one of the nicest Chick-fil-A I have been to. Everytime I go in, the manager on duty always stops by yo make sure that not only our meal and service was good, but our family as well. Staff is amazing and helpful. Only Chick-fil-A we go to!
