My family eats chick fila every morning everyday... My wife goes with the kids before school and I stop before work as well. Every morning I could bot get better service.. GREAT in every way and detail!!!!! But here is the problem.... In the evening..... The environment changes. My family went there for dinner the other night and the stafff was agurguing with each other, complaining about how over worked they are and when I was handed my drinks, they were placed infront of me like they were on fire and I was very rudely told "here!".... Then the young lady seen the look on my face and said "I dont even know why I said that." i evem heard one young man use profanity while talking about another coworker.... There was customers orders being taken from random places while they were still in line. No organization or leadership... I never in one hundred million years would ever believe this was a Chick-fil-A... Such a sad day for what is a wonderful legacy.... I am truly disappointed.

The GM of this store is not what you think should be working at a Chick fil a. He claims to be a wonderful christian man, and if you spend any time with him at all, you will find out how much he is not one. I experienced him first hand. Cussing like a sailor, crude things coming out of his mouth, no care for anyone but himself and his family. Just not good management at this location whatsoever. The owner and him are best friends, so anything he does slides by. This is the only chick fil a restraunt that i have heard of that has that bad of a management crew. Just sad. My money will not be going to this location.

I have been enjoying Chic-fil-A for a long time but they seem to be getting more and more inconsistent in their food quality. This is a poor case of quality control. This piece of chicken should have never made it through the initial processing let alone to restaurant, cooked, and then given to the customer. Maybe 1/4 of this was decent. The rest was just eating batter or extrely thin chicken. To date, this is worse sandwich I have ever had. This is a very busy location. The staff are consistent with their warm and inviting greetings, clear enthusiasm to serve their customers, and very professional.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Were sitting there trying to order my husband asks me what I want and before we can even speak the lady taking orders just starts asking repeatedly is that all over and over again. Can even repeat the order back correctly. Worst customer service ever. Frozen coffee was pretty much water asked them to make again and was the same exact way. The food was old and cold. The inside smelled like someone stepped in dog poop and walked around in there.

Ive eaten at a lot of Chick-fil-As over the years and this location has to be the worst Ive ever visited. The young ladies in the drive through that took my order and MONEY never said thank you. Never smiled. The young lady that gave me my food was really nice, though. She came in for the save. I also hate the fact that you have to order without seeing a menu in the drive thru. How crazy is that. No prices to view? Things really have gone down hill since Mr. Cathy quit running the company.

Theres not much to say, if youve ever been to a Chick-f-A you know what to expect and the Loganville Chick-f-A is no different. The staff team is always very courteous and respectful! They are very fast and the food is always fresh. I enjoy my taking three young boys here because there is always a staff member willing to help with a much needed extra pair of hands. I have been through the drive through with cars wrapped around the building and the line moves continuously. Great job!

Ive worked at chick fil a before, so I definitely expected better service than this. They got my order all wrong. I wasnt charged anything extra but I asked for my grilled sandwich on a regular bun and still got it on a multi grain bun. I was also put down for a milkshake which I did not order, and the drink I did order was also wrong. Would not recommend this location.

Very disappointed. i got there at 1037 and asked if I could still get breakfast. i was told no. yes i realize breakfast ends at 1030. but it also says lunch starts at 11... so technically i shouldnt have been able to get anything. i have always had better service at this location. but Conyers does allow breakfast at least 7 minutes past 1030.

This is the only Chick-fil-A location that Ive been to that has got my drive through order wrong. Not just once. But nearly every time I go there. Not just they forgot the straw wrong, but like I order a #5 and I get a kids meal with cole slaw wrong. Avoid the drive thru if you go here, and remember to check your mystery food bag.

14 May 2016 we used them for catering for the first time. Never again. They are going to be 30 minutes late as a minimum. They had not prepared the order. Sorry and late doesnt cut it for catering. Love their product but stick to drive through. This event was important. Not even a call to tell us they will be late. Never again.

I have nothing bad to say about thos resturant. The food is always amazing, and if there was a problem the staff are very friendly and willing to fix the problem. Only bad thing really is the price, but the food is great so i dont mind paying every now and then. I would highly recommend this placd to anyone

The inside of the store is always filthy; the tables and floor are greasy, especially the floor, to the point where I find myself slipping on it. There is often food on the tables and floor and the store has a SERIOUS fly problem. Flies everywhere. Flies landing on me and my food. Its really disgusting.

extremely slow service, I ordered two chicken biscuits in the dining room and waited 15 minutes before I received them. I usually go to the stone mountain location where they exceed my expectations, I will not be returning to the loganville store. wheres the rest of my biscuit!!

The staff is always so polite and we are always greeted with a smile. The food is good and when we go through the drive through the wait, if there is one, is from the number of people trying to get in- not from slow employees. I am always satisfied when we come here!

Like the people & the service but really miss Ms Linda the lobby lady who recently left to help out with her new grandbaby, Emerson & I are hopefully crossing our fingers that shell return. Granddaughter really liked seeing Ms Linda on our visits.
