I would give these daycare a lower rate if I can. First this is not a rant, this is the truth about the daycare. My kids started going there in April and they have lost a brand new backpack of new school supplies, they have lost my child asthma medicine, that he need badly. The staff is very unprofessional, always the excuse of I dont know. This other review is correct they dont feed the kids correctly, I been to school for nursing I can tell you they are missing a food group and also never serve what the calendar has listed for today. I had to deal with them miss placing money and stated I didnt pay when I did and on top of that I got no receipts just small hand written little papers written by MRS.Q, the directors assistant. Mrs Bell, for a business owner is very unprofessional. For learning from another bad written post online has a record for battery. I figure that is because a lot of parents and past co workers are dissatisfied with this daycare. I walked into baby room one day no one was in the room watching kids. I asked numerous of times to meet with Mrs Bell/ Owner of school, she has forgot a bout meeting and had a emergency to come up again tried to contact her regarding rescheduling, She just blew me over. The day I stop going to daycare asked for my money back for service I never received from daycare for my two boys. They refuse to return my payment to me. So They are thieves as well. Dont go to this daycare. Your child dont learning anything and the staff dont feed nor watch children every well. Also I have seen several fights from past employers that they never received their last checks and argue parents who had to fight with them regarding missing payment that they claim they didnt receive. I wish better for a business but it really needs another owner, someone who cares about the children. Also spoke with director one time stated she been having kids for years there with no problems, not true do your research before registering this school. Spoke with many other parents and believes that they can do better just dont have daycare to bring that is 24 hours.

Do not take your children here. They are hard to contact by phone. Their window is still broken out from a fire last year. They are always short staffed. They do not take the kids on outings nor do they do activities with them. Any child under the ae of two will be in a crib or some type of restraint all day. They also do not feed them well. Please if u are a loving parent when u go to meet them something in your gut will tell you its not right........LISTEN!

This daycare is terrible and owner is unprofessional and the only reason why people bring their kids here is because its 24 hours. Wish there was another daycare thats open 24 hours. My kids are always mistreated and come home with bruises on their arm. Do not go to this daycare if you care about your children. Your kids will be in danger and they barely feed the kids.
