I would not advise anyone to bring their children here. I had 2 kids enrolled here: my son will be 2 y.o next month and my daughter will be 6 y.o in December. They were enrolled from Jan.2017 until May 2017. Every week my son was coming home with bite marks on his back, long deep cuts on his forehead or some kind of bruise on his body EVERY WEEK. They will not hire enough staff to accommodate the amount of children theyre caring for. The food they prepare is horrible. My kids have had stomach viruses with diarrhea twice during that 6-month period. My daughter has come back home with bleach stains on her pants; no explanation whatsoever. They feed children small servings of junk and expect the children to be on for the remainder of the day. On several occasions, another parent and myself were waiting at the door for someone to come and open the center (supposed to open at 6), and the director takes her time to open the door, run around the facility to turn on all the lights. Then she has to go and park her vehicle while your kids are left in the center alone. No its not a very long time but everyone knows within a split second, things could get very hectic with kids. The kids are told to sit in the reception area while she does her admin things. There are approximately 8 kids running around while she just sits there in the computer. Then she asks me, mom, what time do you have to be at work? It didnt matter what time I work, I am paying for a service and I am here with my kids at the time the center supposed to open. So it shouldnt be a problem. Weve caught the teachers taking negatively to the kids, unsuspecting we were there watching. They gossip and talk about stuff not pertaining to classroom in front of the kids. Things kids have no business listening to. Im not a fan of my kids listening to secular music. Several of the teachers have left so they have a high turnover rate which causes inconsistency in the classroom and the kids/parents have to get acclimated with new teachers. Its just very unorganized! If you can afford it, take your child elsewhere where they can be nurtured as a child... & heres a picture of my daughters bruised back just last week... supposedly, she was playing with a dump truck and flipped backwards over a table. . And another caregiver stated no one was in there watching the kids so this is just some of the things you have to be willing to put up with if you bring your child here. .

Absolutely the MOST unorganized, unprofessional, sorry excuse for a "learning center" Ive ever seen. I dont know if it was because it was their first year but it was DEFINITELY a bad experience for myself as well as my child. Ms. Glass the Pre-K "teacher" in particular was extremely unprofessional. She constantly referred to the kids as "bad" and would tell them the same. She would also share personal information about the kids to and in front of other parents. I should not know that a child is "soft and acts like a girl". I should not know that a child "doesnt get whoopings because their parents dont believe in them". I should not know that a childs father is a law enforcement officer "but he isnt in his life like that". These are all things I heard with my own ears while dropping off/picking up my child. Speaking with another parent, I was told that they observed Ms. Glass grab a child by their shirt and another by the arm on separate occasions because she was upset with them. I know you may be inclined to enroll your child here due to the free Ga Pre-K program but please steer clear of you have ANY other option even if it includes driving out of the way.

I wish I had received a warning about this terrible, awful, disorganized, unprofessional, low-budget, under-staffed and incompetent "school". Do not send your child here. Youll regret it. "Teachers" appear to be unqualified to teach and call their students "bad" to their face and yank students around by the shirt. Students are screamed at and yelled at. Teachers gossip and make fun of students. The "teachers" and staff are so unhappy and overworked. The students are treated poorly and disrespected. Prime Care Mcdonough is a nightmare! If you have any other options at all....do yourself and your child a favor and AVOID enrollment at Prime Care Mcdonough. Youve been warned!

It is conveniently located. The hours are great for working parents as it opens at 6am and closes at 7pm. Keep up the good work !
