Well at first when I got to the center I thought it would be a great fit. Doors were locked but no one was there at the desk to buzz me in. So I ring the doorbell and someone mysteriously buzzes me in. Next I had to walk to the back to find a teacher or someone to show me around because Kim the director wasnt even at the front. Eventually she came. She was a nice lady and everything seemed fine. She handed me my paper work and I left. When it was time for my daughters first day no one was at the desk again. I just ranged the bell and was let it and this time I was furious. But didnt let it show. One of the 2 year old teachers had to call ms.kim over the phone to refresh her memory that my child was starting. And the teacher gave me a new packet to fill out. As Im filling it out a tall African male comes in. Didnt speak. Just asked am I finished ? I said no sir I need help. He walked off and never came back so i peeked to the back and he yelled at me very aggressively and said I cant come Back there and I need to go to the front. NOW ! I said Im sorry Im looking for help with the paperwork he cut me off and walked up to me and snatched my clipboard. I then grabbed my child and walked out as fast as I could and came STRAIGHT to Google. Im not even the type of person to write reviews but I had to this time the bathroom trash was rusted and had mold on it. The soap dispensers had water in them and no paper towels in there either. The teachers were clueless on where my child should be. Never ever take your kids here. Its not one person there with a smile. They all look miserable with their jobs and life. ESPECIALLY THE AFRICAN OWNER! Do u think ms.kim reached back out to see what happened? Lol all I can say is. Go at your own risk you have to be desperate to take your kids here period .

My child is disabiled within 1hr of me dropping her off I was always being called to come get her.The owners only care about every time you turn around they out the country on CAPS dime. Its a misuse of funds all these high end cars but not enough teachers in the class. A stranger can walk to you child class and take your kid or come very close to doing so. It has happened to me. The teachers walk around on pin because their jobs are always threaten. The classes are filled to the max. They treat kids like a number and not like a student. I was told my autistic daughter couldnt come back because of her disability yet her twin could. This school is something else parents and people looking for a job beware!! When you ask the owners questions they start out nice but as soon as your child start attending this daycare they are rude.

Do NOT work here. And do NOT send your child here. The manager fires people for no reason. He is a mean nasty african. The staff always talks about him. He fires people with out no warning and causes scenes in front of the kids, terrifying them. They also forget to pick up children when for after school daycare. And you would think the manager would not like act like such an a**hole at a CHRISTIAN daycare. He talks to his staff any kind of way. If you planning o sending your child here or planning on working here, dont do it. Dont let the owner "first impression" kindness fool you. Worst daycare ever.

Please do your research before bringing your child here. They were suppose to pick up my child from his elementary school and didnt show. We never recieved a call from them to let us know that they would be running late and our child was left at his school for over an hour and a half. We didnt know until the elementary school called and informed us. When we called Creative Image, they put us on hold for over 10 minutes. We called again and they hung up on us! It seems as if they only care about your money, the well-being of your child comes second.

May 12, 2015 @7:15am I went to this daycare to get info on enrolling my son, get a tour and find out about the facility. It took forever for someone to open the door, most of the lights were off that I could see. When o did get inside to speak to someone, she wants very pleasant, would not tour me, and made it very clear she didnt want to help me. I am a single parent looking for affordable childcare, but not at the expensive of putting my son where people seem as though they dont want to do their jobs.

One teacher was drunk the other one was high.... There mean to kids calling them cry babies n lie about the amount u owe no one is never at the front desk the African wife is rude very nasty n our kids been to daycares and NEVER CRIED ABOUT STAYING THERE THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY DONT LIKE IT THERE MEAN.....BE VERY CAREFUL THIS IS NOT I REPEAT NOT A DAYCARE U WILL OKAY WITH LEAVING YOUR CHILD THERE DONT DO IT

mrs kim your the best. the teachers the older ones thats been there awhile are great mrs tracien, mrs shirly, mrs selma, mrs brittany, and mrs doris you guys are the best and i wish u best of luck. love u ladies thank for caring formy children
