My child attended this daycare for a short period of time and I was very dissatisfied with the experience. My son was transported in a private vehicle without my knowledge or permission, without the use of his car seat, which I had provided. At this time, my son was not over four years and 40 pounds, therefore transporting him without a car seat was illegal. Also, I was quoted different prices for services several times and billed incorrectly several times. When I met with the owner to tour the facility and find out about staff and pricing, I provided her with specific information about the times when I would need child care. The owner wrote down the cost of services based on the information I had provided. When I came in to enroll my son however, I signed a contract that specified a different cost for services. Later that day the owner called me to quote yet another price for services. This was not the only time this happened either. When my need for child care changed due to the school year beginning, I was told that my fee for services would be a certain amount, and then I was billed a different amount. When I wanted to add a day, I was told an amount for that service over the phone, then I was billed a different amount. My sons attendance at this facility finally ended when I spoke with the owner over the phone regarding my bills and she became very defensive and suggested that I take my son elsewhere. The owner also refused to explain the very convoluted billing rate sheet that was provided when I first enrolled my son. I have never had such an experience with a business owner before, and I think that the behavior of both the owner and the staff was entirely unprofessional.

My daughter has attended IC since she was 3 months old and is now nearing 2. From the moment I met her first teachers, I felt comfortable with leaving her in their care. I know how much they love and care for her based on the daily enthusiasm they show for her and how excited she gets when she sees them. Their teacher/student ration is also very good, at least what I have seen so far. It is a family owned facility and they are always very friendly when I arrive to pick up my daughter. If I ever have any questions or concerns the owner has always been very approachable. My daughter learns a lot while she is there too and has a ton of fun playing with her friends. I enjoy looking at her progress sheet each day to see what new and exciting activities she participated in on that day. They also have many outside sources come in to the facility for the kids such as the Monkey Bus, Kinder Music, as well as Sign Language and Spanish classes. I also have to agree that the food is healthy for the children, and my daughter enjoys the days she gets to eat at school. I was recommended this daycare by a neighbor and couldnt be more satisfied. As a result of our positive experience, we have elected to keep her in the facility as well as add our new infant in the winter.

I have 2 children at IC and have ben there for almost 3 years. The staff really cares about these kids. They have always had a very high level of communication with my husband and I. The teachers are caring and professional. I have been to a lot of day cares and preschools and compared to some of the other schools around the area, you can tell that each teacher not only takes pride in what they do but really loves taking care of our kids. Another thing that is so different about IC, is that it is kept very clean. The last 3 years my children have rarely been sick and I think it is due to the fact that IC is kept so clean. This has been very helpful if you are working parents. My kids ask on weekends if they get to go back tomorrow to IC, they have made a lot of friends there and they absolutely love it. I really recommend IC to all parents!

My son has been at Imagination Crossing for 3 years. I have been a teacher for 14 years myself, and I have been nothing but impressed with the love, compassion, and dedication they have shown for my son and their students. If I have had any concerns, they have been addressed professionally. I was so impressed with their program, I have chosen to enroll my son in their kindergarten program. They offer a small class full day class (springboro offers 3 hours a day with 20+ kids in a class), uniform, weekly library field trips among many other educational field trips on a regular basis. My son looks forward to going to school everyday, loves his teachers, and loves to learn. My son has ADHD and I feel that if he went to a large classroom, he would have been lost in the crowd and wouldnt learn anything. I highly recommend them!!!

All three of our children have gone here, infant age through kindergarten, and are quite happy. All three also have had severe food allergies, and have never had an intentional or unintentional exposure. We moved our children here 3 years ago from another local day care. They were constantly getting sick- every three weeks- and our dairy allergic children were allowed to play on the floor while other toddlers ran around holding milk bottles, leaving them on the floor. Once we moved our kids here, they only seem to get sick 3 times a year, which I think reflects that higher standard of cleanliness.

My daughter has been going to Imagination Crossing for 2 yrs now. She is extremely happy here. Before we found Imagination Crossing, she attended 4 other childcare facilities in the area and none of them even compare to Imagination Crossing. All the teachers are great and helpful. They provide a lot of activities for the kids. My daughter particularly likes the Monkey Bus. The facility is extremely clean. The food that they offer is healthy and my daughter eats everything they provide. I would recommend this Childcare center to any of my closest friends.

I love this daycare! My daughter has attended since she was 12 weeks old. She is now 3. I am a single parent and Imagination Crossing has been a great help with helping me educate my daughter. We really consider them an extention of our family. I work for the school system and tell everybody I know that this facility is awesome. The staff is all very friendly and caring . This makes it nice when the kids transition into their other classes. I dont think I have ever met a stranger there.

After reading the review below, I feel the need to comment about this daycare. My daughter has been attending this daycare for two years and it has been a blessing. The staff is incredible at Imagination Crossing. The school provides my toddler with a well rounded curriculum including art, science, physical fitness, music, and sign language. My daughter absolutely loves the school and the teachers. We would recommend Imagination Crossing to any parent and child.
