This lady Ali the owner of this Salon was so very nasty to me and my 2 daughters the styles that I asked her to do she said 3 times she knew how to do when i showed her pics but she still proceeded to do what she wanted and when I addressed her she constantly tryed to insult my intelligence I stepped out to get my daughters some food came back and she told me she couldnt finish my baby head and that she was going to do it how she wanted and that was it ! My 6 year old then told me mommy lets go because they were whispering amongst eachother when I left to get them food and they said they would purposely do her hair wrong to make me mad ! I told her that she could just stop and at least give me half my money back she then ran and locked the door on me and persisted to yell in my face in front my daughters so I had to call the police but they just said not to come back and I cant get anything back because service was rendered ok thats totally cool with me but I definitely wont be returning.This lady is a opportunist and she lies about the styles she can actually do and she is very dramatic and to ghetto to be in douglasville ! She needs a crazy check the entire time of me and my kids being there she bragged about fights and messy encounters she has been in with clients and how she doesnt like Georgia people or people from the south well Im quite sure nobody here sent her a invitation bye bye Felicia !!!!!

Afterwards my hair looked beautiful but my scalp is covered with burns and scabs, when my mother was in the back getting her hair washed she was pressing my hair in the front she constantly burned me and denied the fact that the iron was touching my head I kept jumping and she turned ghetto, with my hair not done and in a afro (I have naturally curly hair) she said "if you keep jumping like that I will let you go just like this" I stopped jumping and took the constant burning when she them clamped the top of my ear in the flat iron and burned it bad I jumped and she said "u need to stop jumping keep playing" in anger and irritation I replied with a harmful "IT CLAMPED MY EAR" my mom came back and she still kept burning me but she didnt say anything I now have a burned and hurting scalp that is healing and a scar on my ear that is also healing in short words my hair turned out beautiful but on all means I DO NOT recommend the owner (I forgot her name) to do your hair, her daughter and all the other workers there are awesome and so much more mature than her their work is great and they behave in an acceptable manner

If I could give this place negative stars, I definitely would! My sister went to this "salon" recently and not only got horrible service but the work was horrible as well! The owner of this "salon" tried to LURE my sister into changing her review of the "establishment." The owner sent harassing text messages and ultimately refused to fix my sisters hair because she wouldnt fudge the review! This "place" is EXTREMELY unprofessional, ghetto, and does very poor quality work! Take my advice and DO NOT take a chance on this "salon" because you will only end up disappointed, out of the money you spent, and VERY ANGRY!! She also likes to threaten harassment charges to police for giving multiple legit bad reviews!

Worst experience ever!! The worker who did my hair and lashes was a joke!!! She has no clue what shes doing and should really just give up and find something else. My hair was falling out within the week and Ive been waiting 5 days now for her to fix it. Not to mention my lashes were out that SAME DAY! She really needs to go and find a new career path as hair is NOT for her. If you do decide to go here dont let AUDREANNA do your hair...you will regret it!!

This place is ALSO a front for a bogus non profit called Streams Of Dreams,Inc , they pretend to help raise money for community projects and charge $150.00 but after they get your money theyll turn ignorant, argumentative and refuse to provide a service or return the money they took. They operate several scams from this location. I would stay far away.

If I could give them no stars I would. This place is out dated and dirty. The lady that did my hair Jane does not know how to do hair she still using rollers to do waves and curls. I hated my hair and Im sure me walking out not making another appointment told it. Dont waste your money like I did!
