I have been to Inspire several times and the first few times i had my hair done I was very pleased. The price was reasonable, the stylist was very friendly, and the atmoshere was very nice as well. The reason I am only rating Inspire with 1 star is because of my last expierence with them. I made an apointment asking for a trim and a partial highlight. They set up the appointment with a different stylist because the one i usually see no longer worked there. The day of my appointment i called to see how much the services i wanted done would be. I was quoted 33 for cut and 72 for partial highlight. After my appointment i go to the regisarter and pay and it was $29 more than what it should have been. I paid to avoid arguing about it but the next day i did call and request to speak to a manager about my unfortunate experience. To this day it has been about 2 months since my hair was done. I have left 4 messages for the manager to call me back and i have never received a call back. I have never experieced customer service this bad before. So because of the poor management at this salon and how they dont value customer satisfaction i will never go back.

I have been a customer at Inspire since the salon opened. I am on my 4th stylist since they all seem to move far away. Tuesday, I had an appt with Kelsey and she quickly started working on my hair. I asked for "lots of Blonde" and when the 2.5 hrs were over, I had dark brown hair with a few highlights on top. Once I saw my hair I told her this was not what I wanted & she and another stylist are telling me how good my hair looks. I called the next morning explaining again my extreme dissatisfaction & unhappiness with my hair. Kelsey scheduled another apt for Friday. Today, as I am seated in the in the color section, my hair up in clips and Kelsey starting to mix the color, she tells me there will be another charge of $50 for the products she is using today, per the owner Dana. She then begins blaming my hair color dissatisfaction on me, saying I wait too long between appts and she cannot do "lots of blonde" at one time. WHAT??? I have never heard such craziness! After $138.00 + $12 = $150.00, another $50. for product is unacceptable. Inspire and Dana get 2 stars for being unprofessional and not correcting their error.

First time at Inspire. I loved the atmosphere. I received a free facial with my hair cut, that was very nice. My stylist was very friendly. She did take an exceptionally long time to cut my hair but its exactly what I asked for and looks great. I also felt like too much product was used. My hair feels a bit greasy and weighed down. Next time I will ask for less product. I had an entry level stylist and my price for a hair cut was $33. I thought that was reasonable. Over all Im pleased.

5 or 6th time there with same stylist. First 2 times were great. Then I would have to run home to fix it before being seen. And Each time the haircut price goes up by a dollar with the same stylist???? I made a comment at the last appointment and asked that the stylist NOT texturize my hair in the front and you would have thought I asked her not to breathe! It is THE worst cut I have ever had!! I guess she took a vengeance out on me? If you go there, just keep your mouth shut!

Still love the salon but they must be going through a lot of changes just not as friendly of a place as it use to be. I did tell the owner because I have been going for years. I am seeing some changes that are not positive and friendly. Maybe employees are not as happy as hey use to be. As I was leaving the salon say goodbye thanks I never even received a reply.

Booked a gel manicure. Was asked when i booked the appointment if i had gel on my nails now...i said yes. When i got to my appointment they said they only had time to take the polish off but not reapply it. I did complain about it and they said if the next client were willing to wait that they could put the polish on my nails. Would never go to this salon again.

Inspire is always fantastic and they are the only ones I let touch my hair. I also love the natural products, I will say the cost equals the service and their service is exceptional
