I started Latin Dance Club 1 classes about 2 months ago and now have moved on to Latin Dance Club 2 classes. Cassandra was my instructor for Latic Dance Club 1 classes and she taught me all the basics. She is pretty clear in her instructions but if you have any questions you can always ask and she clarifies. She is quite funny and generally a fun person and a great instructor. Tanya is my instructor for Latin Dance Club 2. In Latin Dance Club 2 we are learning a lot of nuances that are a part of each dance. I realized how little I knew when I started Latin Dance Club 2. After Latin Dance Club 1 I thought I kind of got the motion and rhythm to it but there are a lot of mistakes I am making as a beginner and Tanya is helping me correct those. All in all these are great classes and I highly recommend them!

Beautiful studio. Nice ambience. The studio has 2 dance floors that are seperated by a wall. Its really nice because different classes dont have to share floor space or stereo systems. Ive been to larger studios where its one giant floor. The other classes get in the way and dancers are fighting over the 1 stereo. Aside from the studio, the lessons are well worth the money. You will learn to dance! Some people take private lessons and others only take group classes. I personally preferred both. You learn the most from private lessons. One on one instruction is always the best when learning something new. However, the group classes are where you can test your skill with other dancers.

Art is Motion is the best studio, by far, in the metro Atlanta. It is an open, spacious, and beautiful space - I absolutely enjoy dancing there! I have been dancing with Tanya for 10 years and she is the best instructor that I have encountered, and would highly recommend! Tanya brings over 20 years of dance instruction and choreography experience, while focusing on each individuals level of learning. Tanya teaches proper technique - a key for successful dancing, weather you are a beginner or advanced dancer, and styling if you want to dazzle your partner or crowd! When I first visited the studio, I was impressed by the very welcoming dance community. I have now enjoyed several group classes here and would recommend the teachers to anyone, beginner and advanced dancers alike. The venue has plenty of space for dancing and offers a wide variety of workshops and classes, as well as social dances twice a month, which I frequent often. Whether you want to dance socially, learn for pure enjoyment, or are an advanced dancer, this studio provides the expertise and environment that you are looking for.

We have so much fun in the classes. Tanya is great at instructing. It was a little intimidating at first, but she makes everyone comfortable even when we make mistakes... and we make plenty of them. With my hectic schedule (which she took into consideration when making the time/day of the classes) I always look forward to getting to class no matter how tired I am. When I leave I feel rejuvenated, and then "caput" once home, which is the way it should be. All of the instructors are very kind and welcoming. Im so glad we joined!

Each instructor, Tanya and Cassandra, has a unique style of teaching and I have learned so much since attending classes for approximately one year now. Shawn has been a nice addition to the team. I worked with Tanya from Art is Motion dance studio to prepare a first dance for my wedding for me and my husband and my father. Tanya was so wonderful! She really took the time to listen to our idea of what we wanted and our feedback as she choreographed the dance.
