This place is horrible ! A bunch of lazy people here. I came in and need to fax 6 pages, i dont complain about the people who working at Print sevice, I complain people who working as cashier. I was waiting to check out my stuff and i am the 3rd on the line, and some behind me . The first one was complaining about something but there was 3 cashier ( i believe ). After 10 mins ( 10 MINS....) 2 cashier left that check out station and went to another station that he can do checkout for people waiting on the lane. So i moved up with the 2nd on the lane but after checked out the first person, he closed that station and told us move back the old station then both of them stayed there and talked ( doing nothing ). Wtf ???? Finally i moved to old check out and got it done . SO 20 MINS to pay a thing a this Officemax!!! Really, i guess they get paid by hourly so they dont care.

As a business owner. I rate this store with 1 star due to Poor customer service. The Manager has no people skills as well. No wonder the employees work with very little motivation. Their leader is not a good role model. I get this every time I come here

I am literally standing in the store and have been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to get a desk for me to purchase, the store is dead so whats the problem. So Annoying. Will not shop here again

The workers werent well trained and what shouldve taken 5 min took 45 in the printing section. Also, took them forever to complete the job. And tried to over charge me.

Easy in and out shopping..a little bit cheaper in $$ all things concidered, with there being, a more expensive, best buy located directly next door.
