They have terrible customer service, poor print quality, and not to be used for quick turn-around!! I am a graphic designer, and I am recommending kinkos over this place if that tells you anything... It has been almost 2 weeks waiting for an 18x24 print... No joke. - Took 4 days for them to start production - No phone call to say it was ready - Printed with huge line down the middle - They ran my charge card before I even looked at my print

Terrible Experience...they were given a business card to replicate with new graphics.... The original was all correctly spelled!!! proofs were provided for review, however, one would expect the customer to validate the requested changes only and that all else would be done correctly and validated by the company...not in this case...results....phone number transposed, misspelled words and non of it caught...expect more from a service provider

Did a mail piece with Allegra Printing in Highland and cant say it was great. Communication was non-existent and Im still not sure the second part of the piece ever went out as I was never told one way or the other. I also never actually received an actual piece of the mailing. Worst part...not one call from our 1,000 mailing. I would not recommend this guys. They simply dont follow up and pay attention to detail.
