We went to the FedEx store to print copies of our save-the-dates for our wedding. The employee working, Chris, was very helpful. Our file wouldnt print in its current format, and he went above and beyond to save it in several different formats until it looked and printed correctly. He was very patient and friendly, and all our needs were met. I recommend this FedEx store and more specifically Chris for all your copying needs! It was a wonderful experience.

"Not my package" followed with shoulder shrugs is the response that I received from an employee who had an issue with the wrapping on my box. Not the actual box but the wrapping. I traveled 15 mins out the way just to ship somewhere else. I would never trust anyone like that to handle anything of value.

Great place, costumer service is very good. I gave 3-star because they are not prompted with their opening time. I have been there a couple of times and the store is always about 15 to 20 minutes late with their openings.

Instead of the store 30m from my doorstep they delivered my express package to a store 6km away, refused to fix their mistake (i.e. deliver it to the right one) and even refused forwarding my feedback. NEVER again.
