The equipment is great, the people are awesome. The tanning beds are in need of new bulbs and a 20 minute lay time instead of 12. I was going to reduce my membership from "black card" (unlimited access) to the basic and that is going to cost $39.95 reduction fee. So now I have to pay to tan somewhere else and continue to pay here for a service that is less than satisfactory to several members besides myself. Its really disheartening and makes me not even want to come workout.

There is no trainer accessible for times necessary after 8pm they dont maintain the cleanliness of the facility. Front desk employee for evening shift do not give good customer service and is always horse playing with non patrons loud and disturbing. Asked to get someone to check the womens bathroom the response was someone comes in at 12. We pay enough money that the gym should remain clean and sanitary at all times

The televisions are not hooked up so people can listen to them through headsets. When I walked in about 25 of them were blaring on the loudest setting! Between the stereo blasting and all those televisions it was a Very disorientating Club to work out in
