I have had my daughter at this care center for 5 years. So back even when it was great expectations. that place was great and though we found out later that the owners were doing what they were supposed to they were rarely there and the employees did a tremendous job doing right by the kids. I loved it...until last year when it was bought out! the new owners have lied about everything theyve said since theyve come in and taken over, they have let young and inexperianced "kids" run the place. They dress wayyy to in appropriately...the director now especially. (sam) very low cut shirts and revealing clothing from all of the employees can be seen in every classroom. My child has had numerous days where shes come home and told me mean things a teacher has said to her...crying....and shes never come home and said these things before. I have had clothes (brand new) ruined bc they will paint and not try and keep their clothes from getting ruined! Weve lost our privilages of having a free week throughout the year and 1/2 price weeks if they are out....even though we WERE told that those who came into this from great expectations would not lose those...it would stay the same. that was a lie. The owners have been called by parents and even asked to hang around when known they are at the center and we have never gotten call backs or they will leave before the appointed time to get with the parents. I am taking her out as of today...finding a summer program for her as she starts kindergarten in a few months. Dont take your kids here bc theres nothing special about this place anymore! I promise you will be disappointed in how the facility is ran.

I had my child enrolled in this daycare for just under a year and have decided to take him elsewhere. Some of the staff I love, but most of them have left me unimpressed. My child started in the infant room and absolutely loved his teachers Ms. Joyce and Ms. Christine. They are wonderful! So is "little Sam" up in the front office. But once he transistioned to the toddler room, things changed. Numerous time I have picked my child up completely filthy, Im talking dirt on his arms, legs, hair and dirty clothes completely covered in food. (I bring a change of clothes for him everyday.) The turnover rate in his particular classroom is very high, which is the main reason I am removing him. The latest string of girls are not very professional and dont seem too enthusiastic about being there. Diapers and wipes have been lost, and sometimes he comes home wearing someone elses diapers labeled with some other childs name. Do they not know my childs name? I was told by one teacher who was filling in that the food and kool-aid the children are given is "nasty". Why would you be giving one year olds kool-aid and especially NASTY kool-aid? I was pretty shocked that she would even volunteer this information to me. All in all the place I am given the impression of a disorganized and unprofessional facility. With the exception of a few ladies, I would not recommend this daycare.

They are okay. You have to tell them how to care for your child. They will start doing what you tell them and its right back to the way you complained about in the first place. The providers seem to be over worked. There are many times when the ratio of children to providers are too high. I am surprised they havent been caught, yet. The teachers argue amongst each other. The only good thing is that the rates are affordable compared to other centers. If you want okay care for a affordable price, then send your child here.

If I could give a negative I would!! They scream at children and demean your child. Do not take your children here, need to be shut down!
