If you want your child to be cared for at all...beware!! My daughter developed the worst diaper rash Ive ever seen over the course of 7 hours there. She obviously spent a great deal of time sitting in a dirty diaper. When I asked to see the frequency of her diaper changes on video...the footage from that day mysteriously disappeared. The regional vice president says it was a "hardware malfunction". The same day on her "kid report"...it was written that she grazed on her bottle drinking an ounce at a time for a 3 hour period. Formula is supposed to be discarded after one hour. Again this was something I wanted to see on video...but it was gone and "irretrievable".They said they could show me the day before but this days footage only was gone coincidentally. Most days that I went to pick her up she was crying and the teachers wouldnt even be interacting with the babies. Obviously sunbrook is afraid for parents to know what really goes on and goes out of their way to get rid of videos from their surveillance system that show the neglect they inflict upon these poor babies. If your child attends there I encourage you to ask questions and ask to see some footage throughout the days. They clearly have a lot to hide. My daughter had to get prescription medication that is used to treat burns for her bottom...and the Dr agreed it was from sitting in a dirty diaper for an extended amount of time. If you love your child...find a different daycare!! There might be a lot of positive reviews...thats because they send parents texts and emails almost daily begging them to go on and leave positive feedback as part of a contest amongst the various locations.

Our kids have been going to Sunbrook at Bay Springs for over a year now, and my experience with the staff couldnt be better. The level of service and care that this location provides to our children goes over and beyond the expectations that I initially had when moving them to a daycare facility. My youngest childs first teacher was Mrs. Tee, who always went over and beyond to make sure that our youngest had what she needed (potty trained her in 2 months!!). When it was time to move to the next class, Mrs. DD handled the transition quite well! DD always lays out a weekly plan, and creates a fun learning environment for the kids. I love picking up my daughter, getting in the car and hearing about all of the exciting things that she did in class that day. Both of my kids also have had the pleasure of having Ms. Yve as their go-to teacher who brings fun, excitement, and well......dancing. My wife and I both loved seeing daily KidsReport images of our kids breaking it down to Mrs. Yves daily dancing class during the summer! Afterschool brings a new set of teachers like Ms. Benita and Hanna, who give the kids an awesome fun learning environment before we pick them up in the afternoon! But none of this would be possible if the school didnt have a patient, kind and caring director like Mrs. Megan who always listens, and constantly strives to make things better than they already are. This place rocks!

Bay Spring Academy is such a great place for my 3 year old, we are so happy we found them. After recently moving to the area and with this being our first time in public daycare, Bay Springs Academy has been wonderful to work with through our transition. I would have to say my favorite thing is that they know my daughter’s name and they always say “Hello” when I walk through the door. It means a lot to know that they take the extra effort to get to know us. My daughter loves the outside time; she is always telling me about the swings and who her new best friend is for the day. But I would have so say, that all the songs they teach her would be her favorite part of the day. She comes home every day singing little rhymes that teaches her the months of the year or when her birthday is. She has learned so much in just the two months that we’ve been at Bay Springs Academy. She came home last night and told me that there are 13 colonies. I have to also mention her wonderful teacher Mrs. Cindy, who has been a great help during our transition into a new class. We had a few challenging weeks but she was there to help us over the hurtles. She has also been great at letting me know how my daughter is doing and really getting to know her!

I transitioned my child from staying at home with me for several months to Bay Springs Academy because I wanted him to be around children his age & because I had toured the facility months prior & was very impressed with it from the staff to the facility itself. In a matter of about a month he went from crying when I left him to asking to go to daycare every day! He is in Pre-K 3. Mrs. Pointer is a wonderful person & a wonderful teacher. She made sure to embrace my son in every way possible & she made sure he knew I would always be back to get him which helped in the first couple weeks. Everyday he gives her a hug & a kiss bye & tells me about all the fun things they do in class. Hes currently learning Spanish & Mrs. Pointer is always telling me of the great things hes learning on a daily basis. I love knowing that he truly enjoys going everyday & I cant speak highly enough about the staff & how professional they are! Every morning & evening no matter who I come in contact with I get a "Good Morning or Have a Great Day!" They are so warm & welcoming! Absolutely the best daycare center around! Highly recommended!

As a member of the Bay Springs Academy, my experience has been magnificent. I needed to find a wonderful daycare for my two year old while I go to school in the mornings. I researched other schools in the area and the encounter with them was nothing like Bay Springs Academy. My favorite thing about this school is the knowledge my son receives everyday. In addition, all the employees are all caring, loving, and responsible individuals. If I have a concern, they take the time to go over everything with me. My son loves the interaction with all the other students and teachers. In addition to, the experience to enjoy parties for holidays and learning different subjects. Their favorite part of the day is lunch time and dancing to different academic music. My child’s teachers are really good at letting me know about anything that goes on during the day. Parents receive notifications during every event and learning activity. For the past five months with Bay Springs Academy, my son and I experience has been great.

I love this school! The teachers are all very in tune with the needs of my child, and Im always impressed with the activities they do with him, even as young as five months old. I get lots of communication from his teachers and never have to guess about what kind of day hes having. The teachers in the infant rooms- Danica, Constance, Estela, and Emily- are all FANTASTIC! His current teachers, Cristal and Donna, are continuing the tradition of making sure my kid is learning. He comes home happy and healthy every day, saying new words and is full of confidence and curiosity. Also, my son has been in the toddler room now for several months, and he will literally wrestle his way out of my arms to go say goodbye to Emily and Estela in the evenings (the teachers in the older infant room) because he loves them so much. That kind of bond between them shows me all I need to see about how much these women care about my child!
