My daughter was assaulted by another little girl during nap time. My daughter has numerous bites, scratches and bruises to her left cheek, I understand accidents happen but not to this extent. Based upon my daughters injury I believe the children were NOT under supervision of an adult. When picking up my daughter from the facility the director Trish was in the room and her and I had a conversation reguarding the situation in front of the children that could of quickly turned into a ugly environment. Super unprofessional, I was told by Trish that I should take my daughters assault as a "learning opportunity" she showed no sympathy or remorse to the situation. I would advise any parent to NEVER send their child to a Rainbow facility. The turn over of the staff is constant. You will never know who is watching your child. If you are reading positive reviews on this place its because as parents having our children enrolled in Rainbow we were asked to write a positive review to receive a gift card. As parents we were bribed into posting positive reviews, that should tell you everything you need to know about the facility. I dont understand how the cooperation is still in business. Ever since sharing my experience I have heard many horror stories from other parents that had their children under the care of Rainbow.

Our two kids have been at Rainbow for 1.5 months now, and they love it. We went to a montessori-type preschool in the area for the past few years, but we noticed that the kids had a lot of down-time in between classes. While many kids can deal with this just fine, one of our children had trouble making so many transitions (from one classroom to the next, with a different teacher in each classroom) over the course of the day. We like Rainbow because each class has one teacher and one aide who are with the kids all day. They do not have to switch classrooms, and the restrooms are attached to the classroom (which means the kids seldom have to wait to use the restroom). The teachers and aides know each child better, so we get more helpful feedback about any positive or negative behavior. This location seems smaller than another Rainbow school we visited, but thats what we like about this building. It has a more home-like feel to it. The teachers and aides are all friendly and helpful, and the kids love them. I highly recommend this preschool!

Do not send your child here. It is unsafe. My daughter and another two year old both reported that one of the workers "pushes her" on the same day the facility launched an investigation into that worker for actions against another child. That worked was fired. The state (cabinet) has been involved in investigations as well. The turn-over is awful and you never know who is really watching your child. Many times, someone would be there for less than a week before quitting and a new employee comes in shortly after. I walked in one morning and there was 1 teacher to 17 kids. That was after another event where the teacher left the room for a few minutes and left all the kids completely unsupervised (young kids). My daughter is allergic to certain foods but was given those foods anyway at times because the director, Trish, said that my daughters allergies werent real---despite having a doctors note on file. DO NOT send you child to this facility. They will not be safe.

Ive got 2 in this Rainbow CC; one in the infant room and one school ager. We just relocated 6 weeks ago and could not be happier. Our summer experience has been absolutely wonderful. The "summer camp" instructor is wonderful with the kids, and they had a great time visiting various local sites. The infant room has been great too! Lets hope the streak continues once school gets under way and the baby moves up to the toddler rooms!

My children have attended Rainbow for the past 4 years and the staff has been wonderful! My kids really love their teachers and administrative staff, the communication is great, and theyve learned so much! I highly recommend this center!

Great childcare center! The staff are amazing and truly care about my child. My son has learned so much and will be here until kindergarten. This center has video monitoring and the communication makes me feel safe.
