Holy crap this place is awesome! Definitely ask for Jackie. I had a consult with Jackie about 5 weeks before my wedding as it needed a cut and color. Id been dying my hair from the box for years , my color had become flat and VERY blond. I wanted my hair to be a bit darker (light dirty blond vs Barbie blond) and needed to cover a solid 2 inches of dark brown roots. Jackie was very nice and talked to me. She told me I was too early as Id have more roots by the time of my wedding. She gave me an excellent price and explained EXACTLY what she was going to do. We agreed on a week before my wedding- due to the July 4th holiday and my busy pre-wedding schedule for her to do my hair. The day of my appointment, Jackie is not only on time but early! She is VERY pleasant and we go over again what shes going to do. When we set down to do the toner, I make a mistake and told her the wrong color I wanted. She even confirmed what she was thinking (what we had talked about) and I still told her the wrong color. My hair turned out white! (EEP!!!!) Jackie was completely professional and calm. She was EXTREMELY reassuring and supportive. Jackie then spent the next THREE hours correcting my mistake. Each time she was super calm and awesome about the whole thing. After 4 hours in the chair, my hair simply couldnt take any more color that day. Jackie was still determined to fix MY mistake and help me out. We made another appointment for the day before my wedding to finish fixing my color mistake. She did all of this EVEN with her next appointment waiting to help me out. She didnt change the price we agreed on and was fantastic! The day before my wedding, Jackie works an amazing miracle (and was there early again!) and fixed my hair. It looked GORGEOUS! She even threw in a discounted hair cut for my fiancé. We cant thank her enough. Jackie REALLY made my wedding a wonderful affair. And she is totally awesome! Ive already made an appointment for my next hair cut. I cant wait!

Summer Day

I Do not recommend this business. I purchased a Groupon for full eyebrow permanant makeup with Nihal and it turned out to be a total bait & switch. They advertised "Full Permanant Makeup" but in reality they are only providing the first application, plus she does not use permanant ink. When I called to schedule my next application Nihal told me it would be a $100 charge because it would be a "Touch Up". I asked her how is it a touch up when the application of "Full Permanant Makeup" had not been completed? She then went on to tell me she paid $650 for her brows and how expensive the application normally cost. I told her I would be requesting a refund, called groupon & got refunded with no problem, I also reported the false advertisement. If I wanted to pay full price for the service, I wouldnt have bought a groupon...Duh... Anyway, if this business tries to do this to you, just call groupon & request your refund. At least Groupon has integrity. Ozlem Hair and Spa....Not so much, stay away.

This is what my wife had to say "Absolutely hated my hair post keratin treatment and first wash after three days, from Zuzu. She made me pay $100 on top of my Groupon purchase just because I have 10 to 12 inches long hair and groupon only is good for 4 -5 inches. She also Cut them in two steps calling it small layers, which looks horrible after first wash.. NEVER EVER go to these guys.. They are only interested in money and not really treating hair like they say. Terribly disappointed.. If you have long hair, PLEASE find some other salon that is honest about what to expect from your hair after spending all the time and money on treatments.."

Ive been a client of Sherrys for almost 5 years, and have been going Ozlem since she moved there two-ish years ago. The salon is nice, the staff is polite and welcoming and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sherry. She is the only stylist who has touched my hair since moving to ATL and she regularly cuts my hair and does a full head of highlights and lowlights. Im constantly complimented on my color, even after 8 weeks. Sherry also runs on schedule and if shes not for some odd reason, she will text or call you as long as she has your contact information. My loyalty is to Sherry, but this salon is pretty great, too!!

This is the only place I go to get my hair done. I always love my haircut and they use quality products to care for my hair. My hair is super frizzy so I come here for a Keratin, "Brazilian Blowout" treatment. Ive gotten it 3 times so far and I LOVE it. They use organic products which leaves my hair shiny, soft, and perfect. I recommend it to anyone who wants to become the person who can just walk out of the shower and have perfect, naturally styled hair. Ozlem and Zumrut are both very professional and amazing at their job. Thanks for my healthy, shiny hair!

They burnt my hair (while doing Keratin treatment). On complaining about it, they gave random excuses and tried to fix it making it even worse. I am not sure if they know their stuff at all. After damaging my hair they have become rude and say it was my problem and asian hair is difficult to treat. Surprisingly no one has said that to me before and they also never said this till they messed up. Please avoid this place.

I went to zuzu to get an ombre and keratin and I ended up getting a haircut as well. To be honest I hate haircuts, my worst nightmare but Im glad I trusted her because she did a great job. I also love my ombre, looks natural just hot I asked for. And of course I love the keratin, shes been doing my keratin for a year now. Definetly worth your money. Check this place out.

I would never get my hair done by anyone else! My mother and I have been going to Ozlem for 10 plus years and her shop and employees are great! We specifically go to Ozlem but everyone is professional and talented! Ozlem always makes sure that you are happy with your hair and if you are not she will fix it until you are! Love this place!!

Linda did such an amazing ombre on my hair. she also gave me a haircut and thread my eyebrows and I was a whole new person when I walked out the door. All my friends and my coworkers asked me about where I had it done I totally recommend her! I wish I could post before and after picture here but all I can do is give her 5 stars!

I absolutely love coming to see Ozlem. Ive even moved to NYC, but I wait until I visit Atlanta to get my haircut because she is the only one I trust with my hair. Ozlem does a fantastic job from start to finish, every single time. I recommend her to anyone with long and thick hair; shes great at layering and styling it.

Worst salon that I have ever seen....Booked a appointment for hair treatment, fixed the price and the day we want to salon they flipped the word, bumped up the price and every one was speaking rudely. Finally we have to return with out getting the treatment done. I would never recommend to any of our friends....
