I dont usually write reviews but I truly did not enjoy my visit here. I got the Groupon because I enjoy facials and while I didnt realize at first how far away it was from my general neighborhood (VaHi), I was excited to try a new place. Once there, however, it was nothing but increasing disappointment. First, you dont fill out your new patient/medical information by writing on paper - you have to use this touch-screen device and enter your answer for each question letter by letter with a stylus- I suppose this was designed to impress, but was actually an annoying time-wasting gimmick. The decor was awful, full of overly ornate Pier 1-type crap (disclaimer, I like clean modern aesthetics). My aesthetician was not great.. the bed was not heated, she took way too long to come back after I undressed (people have to get back to work, honey), her consult was so-so (I already use the Obagi line so she couldnt try to sell me on it), it took her at least 5 minutes to get the steam machine going, etc. The absolute worst thing was that the whole reason I came all that way out was to get a nice clarifying facial, and she wouldnt give me one because I had been using topical retinoic acid- instead, I got this detox bs which was supposed to oxygenate my blood and remove toxins (of course she was not able to tell me what toxins it was supposed to remove). So having wasted 1.5 hours *not* including the drive out there, I had nothing to show for it except a slightly inflamed face and no noticeable improvement a few days later. At least she wasnt pushy about products, but she was very excited about trying to get me started on Botox (Im 28, and while Im sure I *could* use it, but other aestheticians have said I dont need it yet, so it creeped me out a little). About the only thing I liked was the Marc Jacobs Lola perfume in the bathroom (if you can find it among all their products for sale)- that was a nice touch. Bottom line, especially if you live ITP, I highly recommend my usual place, Institut DerMed - as did my aesthetician, who said she trained there.

I found Youthtopia Med Spa by purchasing a Groupon, and what a find it was!! I have had two facials, with two different girls. Both were outstanding! The environment is so relaxing and they cater to your every need. I also made an appt with the nurse Cheryl for injections, and she is OUTSTANDING!! I have seen the best of the best plastic surgeons for injections in the past, but Cheryl far surpassed them all. She takes her time,... is never rushed, and treats your face as if it were her own. I love Youthtopia, and they now have a customer for life. :)

I found this amazing place online searching for a spa for a facial and laser hair removal. This place a total little gem in alpharetta. Staff and owner very welcoming and informative. I received my facial with microdermabrasion and I have to say I left the office feeling amazing, rejuvenated and my face looks great. Going back to start my laser hair removal on Saturday. Denise did my facial and it was worth every bit. Highly recommended. My new favorite place. Looking forward to continuing all my beauty treatmentment here.

my FAVORITE spa in town..... whether your simple mani/pedi, facial or your aging needs...... they treat you like a queen the minute you walk in.... Marla the owner truly cares about everyone of her clients..... Not sure of the correct service for you? No worries, I was not sure either so I asked and was explained all the different options I had... Was not offered the most expensive, I was offered what I needed..... What are you waiting for get Pampered..... OH!! monthly specials are like little treats in your inbox....

Youthtopia is a GEM that I have found in a sea of spas in the greater Atlanta area! I have had facials, massages, and a peel here. This week I am adding a microderm for the first time. I am working very hard to get my problem skin under control before my upcoming wedding. I trust the staff and they are not trying to just upsale but rather get me the results I want. I highly recommend any of their services!

I went to Youthtopia after I purchased a Groupon for spa services. It was a long drive from Acworth, GA but definitely worth the drive!! The staff was extremely welcoming. Once in the room for my massage, the aroma and lights were delightful. My masseuse was very professional and made sure the pressure was acceptable. Im looking forward to going back soon and hopefully booking a whole day of pampering!!

Very Impressed with the atmosphere, service and expertise. I was taught a great deal about my skin issues. For the first time I heard polycystic ovarian syndrome "PCOS". I went to my doctor and got tested. I was diagnosed with PCOS and is being treated. Thanks for your advise! Had it not been for Youthtopia Med Spa, I would be spending money for facials with no results. Highly recommend...

I found this spa through a Groupon I purchased and was hesitant because of past bad experiences with cheap services. I was extremely surprised and the quality of the one on one attention they give you! My facial was phenomenal and the products they used were top quality. Love how they have decorated the spa too, its a truly relaxing and worthwhile experience. Highly recommended!!!

They are very professional and thorough and have always been accommodating to my schedule. I appreciate that they dont pressure me into buying any of their products as well. Ive been to Youthtopia Med Spa a couple of times now and I cant wait to go back! The massage treatments are wonderful and they cater to your needs. I got an ance facial this past Saturday. It felt wonderful and I saw a big difference in my skin. The staff was very kind and explained everything that they were doing, so you knew what was happening to you! The place was very clean, and had a great vibe to it. As many have, I purchased my spa treatment through groupon. Because the cost is very nominal, one may be leary of the services we would receive. Just the opposite. I had a massage and on a scale of 1 to 10, it would be a 9 1/2. Just wish it was longer. One hour goes by so quickly. Would definitley go back again. A lovely experience.
