Wont even recommend to my worst enemy if I had one. The owner is a condescending, unprofessional, rude witch. Cant accept criticism. I went there for highlites and when she started blowdrying my hair I noticed the color was not what I wanted and I let her know. Well, the woman went crazy on me! She cursed me out, she called me every dirty ugly name one can think of. Too obscene to post it here. Her daughters joined in, and the youngest one physically attacked me, while her mom threw water all over my half dried hair.... Talk about low class, ignorant rats!!! The story goes on. The bottom line, they cant cut, dont know anything about color, and are rude. I overheard the owner Ada telling a new worker who just came from NY that she shouldnt kill herself drying the hair. Thats why they use the iron. Real Dominicans blow dry with a brush. In fact, they advice against so much heat no matter what kind of iron. Take my advice if you love your hair, your time, and more so to save the aggravation, run from that place!

I love this salon! My sister put me on. They. Are really friendly and funnii. Every experience. Has been pleasant except for my last visit 5/30/12. The young girl who washed my hair was talking about her personal love life while washing my hair! My stylist name was tenisha and it was ha first time time. Doing my hair. I seen her wrk n thaught she would do. Well when I told her how I wanted my hair styled. But when she finished I wasnt happy with. The way it looked. I felt if Jenny would have did it it would of looked better. But she wasnt there yet. :( tenisha is great with the blow dryer! No scalp burning!!! I will continue to go here.

First time going and they were super nice. I wanted a color but they walked me through the process of making sure it would take well after the first straightening and letting me know the process of how the color treatment would effect my hair depending on the color and that the 2nd straightening would be best. Definitely will return.

Ive been going there over a year now and Ada ALWAYS have my hair looking good! That is the ONLY one I would let do it. The only problem I have is they need to hire experienced and better people to wash and condition. Its only 1 a very young girl who washes really good. But I love how Ada does my hair!

I love going to the dominican style hair salon. I tell everybody who asks me where i get my hair done to go to dominican style. Your hair will be beautiful when you leave. i have seen people walk in with really mistreated hair and walk out with their hair beautiful
